08/05/2026: Amazing service from Klaudjana. We skipped the queues at Gustopizza and walked two minutes down the street to this little family owned gem. Fantastic service and food. Thank you so much.

06/05/2026: Pizzeria in the city center, near the Pitti Palace, offering a few appetizers, several pizzas, and a few desserts. The pizza is served in a wooden box, and they bring it already sliced, which is nice for sharing among dinner guests. The dough isn't bad, though some of it might lack a bit of kick. It's a shame the beer tap wasn't working, and the 0.5-liter bottles in the fridge ran out quickly. The service is very friendly. Prices are a bit above average. There were 11 of us, and for 14 pizzas, 10 beers, and 4 0.5-liter bottles of water, we paid €28 each.

04/06/2026: We're a family of three with an almost 8-year-old child. I booked a table for dinner around 7:00 PM. As soon as we arrived, we saw the staff at the door, so, embarrassed, I joked about us being "the ones who dine early." The response was, "Don't worry, there are people who got there before you." We ordered a fried brain, a large fried dish, a burger with potatoes, a mixed salad, sautéed spinach, and a bottle of Sauvignon. The wine was warm. I told the waitress it was good but served at a temperature unsuitable for a white wine. She replied that the wine wasn't cold enough because the refrigerators were full of water and couldn't keep it cold properly. The food arrives... My son's burger wasn't bad, as were the fries. The brain was heavily breaded and full of oil, which I strictly rejected. My husband had the large fried dish, with the same problems. The best part is the side dishes. The salad (most likely the bagged one) was rotten and the spinach was dry. The fact is, we sent the dishes back without even touching them. Disappointed, we stood up to pay, and at the cashier they presented us with a preliminary bill of 92 euros... My husband said to the owner, "Yes, you can do better." The owner replied, "Why?" So we listed: the mulled wine, the used frying oil, the rotten salad, and the dry spinach... In response, the owner said, "You should have complained before." I replied that, if a professional sees dishes returned untouched, he should report it to the appropriate authorities and try to remedy the situation. We left with a bitter taste in our mouths and still hungry... now I understand why the dining room was full of foreigners, what a shame. Florentines can definitely do better.

31/05/2026: Great place with the best Ampredotto sandwich in Florence, guys, long live the Florentine who really cares about making his sandwich known... if it was closer to the center there would be a queue outside at all hours but for now we locals are enjoying it... if you are passing through it is well worth it

09/04/2026: The food was delicious, but due to the language barrier, our main course arrived before we'd finished our aperitif! An hour spent there for aperitif, main course, and dessert 😱 The servers were pleasant and attentive, well done!

03/05/2026: I hadn't been back for years, it's changed management. I hadn't been back because they'd expanded too much and it felt more like a festival than a restaurant. We made the mistake of going on a Saturday night, and despite having a reservation, there was a frustrating line for a table and a strange "table-hopping" system where a table for three became available and they were looking for a group of three in the line. Sorry, but did I book or not? It's nonsense, something I've never seen anywhere else. Otherwise, once we managed to get a table, the service was courteous and fast, the food was good, and the price was okay. I'd go back, but not on a Saturday night.

17/05/2026: We love the Osteria next door, but we had wanted to try this one too for a while, also because they are recommended by the virtually infallible Slow Food Osterie d'Italia guide (buy it! It's also an app in English). Wonderful, rustic and warm ambience. Competent and lovely service. Excellent food. Lots of locals. Tuscan cuisine but not just the classics, also several creative creations. Very good wine list. Adequate prices. We may still prefer the more "rustic" neighbours, but this is still surely a 5/5 and we'll likely be back, perhaps for "bistecca" or rabioli. A couple of minutes from the Bologna-Firenze highway, worth a stop if you are in the (wonderful) area, but make sure you reserve, it's always packed, and for good reasons. Thanks for an excellent dinner!

23/04/2026: Excellent option for those in the Coverciano, Fiesole, and Settignano areas. Quality food, traditional and made with local ingredients. Large portions of pasta, just the way I like them. The tastiest dish for me was the PEPOSO. Fairly priced.

18/05/2026: This restaurant was so amazingly perfect! Came here for my cousin’s wedding welcome dinner and the service was great! There were over 40 of us in our party and the owner, Enzo, took such great care of us all! He was so attentive and patient and made sure we had everything we needed! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! Anyone visiting Florence, I would 1000000000% recommend this cute place. Every single person in our party was so happy with the entire experience, from the food to the drinks to even the atmosphere itself. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE!!!!! Thanks Enzo!!!!!

02/04/2026: I was looking for a Korean restaurant and used a review left by a Korean as a reference to order shrimp fried rice, mapo tofu, and pork dim sum. Wow... I can't believe it... It was so delicious I almost screamed. I've been eating nothing but greasy food on this trip, but this really cut through that greasiness. Haha. It's so good! Highly recommended!

07/06/2026: I loved this small place in Florence. I called to book in advance as I read that it is difficult to get a table but I managed to get one. I was in Florence for business and I can say that I enjoyed a nice dinner on my own. Excellent quality and good price. You can order a bottle of wine and if you don’t drink it full, then they will charge you for the portion of what you drank.

25/04/2026: When we're in the mood for steak, this is our go-to restaurant. It's an hour and a half from home, but it's definitely worth it! The ingredients are excellent, and the atmosphere is homey. Highly recommended!

11/03/2026: I ate an excellent rib steak with friends. I particularly appreciated the tenderness of the meat, the use of three different salts to season to my taste, and the choice of knife. The wine cellar was excellent.
