15/06/2025: I am sorry to write a not entirely positive review, about a place where I stop often, but the attitude of one of the ladies serving at the counter, really annoyed me and not having had a real chance to reply, maybe more. I was the only one in the entire line, at least while I was there, to have said hello first of all and to have asked please, two pieces of schiacciata, with the filling that my girlfriend and I preferred. Since a whole one arrived, hot from the oven, I asked the lady who served me, if it was possible to have two pieces of that, instead of the two slices she had initially taken, already on the counter. I was responded to with unjustified resentment, as if I had created controversy and been rude, when in fact, I only politely asked to change schiacciata. Unlike the other customers in line, I wasn't even asked if I was eating in or taking away, but instead, my receipt was "slammed" on the plexiglass by the lady, who without even looking at me said: "Listen, take it and go to the cashier". I replied in a very restrained manner, so as not to create inappropriate spectacles, but you don't behave like that. I know what it means to work with the public, in the summer, on weekends, in the heat and even in certain circumstances, with rather disabling health problems, but I have never allowed myself to behave in such a rude manner. Not to mention that my girlfriend and I have been frequenting the place for years and have always done so with respect and education. The same that the brunette lady, with short hair and a Casentino/Arezzo accent, missed tonight.

04/07/2025: We enjoyed everything we ate. The ham, the cheese, the fresh pasta, the caramelized meat cubes, the grilled ribs, the fried chicken. Plus a bottle of house wine and water. What a feast. The service was very friendly, and everything was perfect. The outdoor garden is lovely. Highly recommended!

04/07/2025: Very welcoming and nice place, super friendly staff, I had booked on the site, by calling I was very kind to anticipate the booking time so I could have dinner an hour earlier, the guys in the dining room were super prepared, kind and fast, excellent quality of products, quality price more than excellent, very good gluten free menu, highly recommended, congratulations, I will be back 100%.

05/07/2025: Sunday lunch after a stay in Borgo San Lorenzo and returning to Bologna. Excellent cuisine. Excellent service, attentive and fast considering that they arrived at 1:00 pm and it was completely full. I recommend booking a day in advance as we did. Excellent fish cooked with mastery. Very scenic dishes. Everything perfect and, considering that it can be reached in less than an hour from Bologna, we will definitely return.

04/07/2025: Acquacheta never disappoints! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and very attentive to the customer, impeccable cuisine except for one flaw: the spaghetti allo scoglio is a nine, and not a ten, for the amount of excess oil. (Review imported from Tripadvisor on 05.2015)

04/06/2025: alle 14.30 fuori c'era il cartellone con menù del pranzo, ma la cucina era già chiusa, fa niente...abbiamo preso 3 salati. Volevamo dividere il conto in 2 ma il barista non ha capito e ha fatto un conto unico. Alla mia richiesta di dividere il conto, ha risposto sgarbatamente "DECIDETEVI!"

30/05/2025: We had coffee and breakfast there. The coffee was good and the banana bread was amazing. However the staff could be more friendly and welcoming to tourists.

06/07/2025: The place is full of people, I sat on the top floor which was empty and all the tables were full of dirt and leftover food and drinks from customers. The whole time I was sitting here, not a single employee came up. The price is cheaper than other places but I was disappointed with the pastries. If you walk a few meters down the street you will reach other places, maybe at a slightly higher price in euros, but definitely delicious. The jam-filled croissant is completely empty and only filled at one point in the middle. I have eaten better cannelloni and spoliatella just down the street. The orange juice is indeed freshly squeezed. Because of the rush, the staff is not warm but does everything quickly and impatiently and there were also many misunderstandings during the selection of the three pastries. Disappointing.

30/05/2025: Positive experience at the Car Village dealership in Arezzo especially with the salesman Nicola Luiso. Friendly and professional, it was a pleasure to meet him personally.

28/05/2025: Ottima locanda/ristorante dove degustare buonissimi pasti toscani, i cappellacci con sugo di lepre oppure al ragù tradizionale sono assolutamente da non perdere, servizio celere e professionale, prezzi nella media della zona, locale ben arredato e ben tenuto, consigliato.

04/05/2025: Locale grazioso alle porte del bellissimo borgo di Scarperia. Abbiamo pranzato nella taverna nel piano seminterrato, davvero caratteristica. Due primi con ottimo ragù tagliata, dolce e caffè, il tutto annaffiato da ottimo vino della casa. Tutto buonissimo, abbiamo digerito tutto e questo e garanzia di grande qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile.

19/05/2025: We were welcomed at the last minute with great availability, even though we had not booked in advance. Shortly after our arrival it suddenly started raining, but the staff handled the situation with professionalism, organizing themselves as best as possible and making those who were already at the table wait only a little. The dishes were really excellent, with a wide choice suitable for every type of diet. A more than positive experience, we will definitely be back!

13/05/2025: Great food. All gluten free. Very knowledgeable about other allergies. Hostess spent lots of time explaining what I could eat. Green chicken curry was amazing. Great peaceful atmosphere with open roof.

22/06/2025: While on vacation in Tuscany, we stopped by chance at this restaurant. Impeccable service, a very friendly owner, delicious food, and excellent wine. In short, we went there twice! From the aperitif to the coffee with a starter and main course, expect to pay around 45 euros per person.
