05/05/2026: Family-run restaurant. We had appetizers and first courses. The tagliatelle with duck ragù and the tagliatelle with ragù were excellent. The pici all'aglione were a bit disappointing, but that doesn't mean I won't return, especially for the second courses. The desserts are exquisite!

21/05/2026: The meat is very good, but everything else is a complete joke. Don't even think about ordering a side; the can of baked beans is tasteless. As for the hamburger, it's just a cheap ground beef patty! What a shame, because the atmosphere is quite nice.

21/05/2026: I ordered a hamburger, and it was just a steak... The least they could do is specify that, because traditionally, a hamburger comes with bread and condiments. And the sides are expensive and poorly prepared (the pea salad isn't even dressed...). Too expensive for what it is, even if the meat is good.

28/04/2026: We ended up at this fantastic Osteria by chance on Italian Liberation Day (April 25) on the recommendation of another restaurant that was full. The owners, a couple who have been running the restaurant for 32 years, have a passion for cooking and for people. The food was delicious and the owner was very hospitable, approachable, and friendly. 😊 The T-bone steak, something the region is known for, was very well prepared and the hostess let us taste it first. The taglierini verdi was also very tasty! They cook and work with local products as much as possible. All in all, we had a very nice evening at this delicious and cozy restaurant. We will definitely be back again! 🥰

29/04/2026: I happened to end up just before closing time for lunch. I was received very hospitably. I had delicious pasta with truffle, and the dessert with caramelized pears and cinnamon ice cream was truly divine.

08/04/2026: A restaurant with high standards and ambiance, and rightly so. Unfortunately, the food was very difficult to digest and the waiters were incredibly arrogant. A real shame.

04/06/2026: We had the absolute best experience at Godipopolo during our stay in Tavernelle. From the very first visit, Godi made us feel so welcome and looked after. We arrived quite late as a large group of 11 people, yet she still accommodated us with such kindness, warmth, and generosity, which we really appreciated. The pizzas were honestly some of the best we had during our entire trip. Everything tasted incredibly authentic, fresh, and full of flavour, with so many great options to choose from. I ordered the Vegeteriana and the Parmagiana pizzas, and both were absolute standouts. The ingredients were fresh, the bases were perfect, and every bite was delicious. The experience was so good that throughout our week-long stay, we ended up ordering from Godipopolo more than anywhere else. Every single time, the food was consistently amazing and Godi was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating no matter how busy things were. It became one of the highlights of our trip and truly felt like a local gem. Amazing food, fantastic service, and such a warm atmosphere. Easily the best restaurant we visited in the area and I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough.

01/06/2026: The two stars are for the charmingly located bistro and the friendly service. Everything else was unfortunately inedible. We're really not picky eaters, but everyone left their food (even the children). I've never drunk (or rather, left uneaten) such bad white wine, and the tuna was also of very poor quality. We're baffled as to how it got such good reviews…

16/10/2025: Strength is in seafood, cooking technique and use of garlic (yes, please!). Initially had me worried because of its rural location, but it would compete well with other businesses nontherless. English-speaker friendly(thank God), pet-friendly (saw a guest with a pup). Grazie!

20/04/2026: I contacted this professional to organize an experience for some clients, with a last-minute request. From the very beginning, the tone of the conversation was unprofessional: instead of simply offering his availability or otherwise, he began to lecture me, emphasizing his status and asking for an introduction from me before deciding whether to collaborate. In my opinion, this is not appropriate behavior. A professional should respond clearly, politely, and directly, accepting or declining with grace, especially considering that the request was driven by the client's needs and not superficiality. Furthermore, he misinterpreted the situation, as if he were considered a "second choice," without truly understanding the context. In any case, when a client is willing to pay, the focus should be on offering quality service or declining respectfully, without presumptuous attitudes. Overall, an underwhelming experience in terms of professionalism.

03/07/2025: Everything I bought tasted great. Excellent bakery craftsmanship. If you're visiting there for the first time: when it's very busy, you have to take a ticket with a number – the display is then in the shop. This way there's no confusion – I thought it was great, because once there were a lot of people waiting. It seemed to me much busier around 9 a.m. on weekdays than around 8 a.m. Definitely recommend it. I'd be happy to come back.

07/06/2026: My wife and I were staying at the Borgo di Cortefreda for one night after a week in Tuscany. So on a Thursday night, we looked around for a solid restaurant and came across Fitti Fitti with promising reviews. We were invited to sit in the glass house dining space outside the main restaurant and it was a pleasant June night with two other tables dining at the same time. We ordered a squid ink seafood linguini, a deep fried calamari and shrimp, and an octopus main dish. They were all very well executed and a good portion. The gentleman recommended a white wine, a verdicchio from the region that was a good table wine that went well with our dinner. Finally, we wrapped up with a strawberry cheesecake which was really delicious, not too sweet - and we were pleasantly surprised that the strawberry compote tasted natural rather than the typical artificial flavorings. Really great gem for the town and worth visiting.

09/06/2026: It's a beautiful restaurant as part of a hotel. The food is very high quality and service is impeccable. You can choose to sit inside or outside. The views are of typical Tuscany hillsides and prices are reasonable for this quality of service.

01/05/2026: We tried the pizza with the dark crust (a mix of whole wheat flours and grains) and it was delicious! Despite the restaurant being fully booked, service was relatively quick. The atmosphere is very pleasant, spread across three levels, all very welcoming.
