17/07/2026: A great experience at this restaurant, where everything is taken care of: from the service, to the ambiance, to the quality food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended, and kudos to the family management.
11/07/2026: It's a good restaurant, quite well-known in the area. Its fame dates back to the 1970s. However, the current staff lives up to its former reputation and doesn't make us miss the old Appennino.

29/05/2026: What can I say? Everything was great, good food, and a truly refined atmosphere.
21/05/2026: The restaurant looked very promising on Google — lots of photos of grilled meat and it clearly seemed like the owner cared about the place. Google also showed it as open. Because of that, I walked an extra 4 km to get there. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the restaurant was completely closed. I ended up continuing on hungry and honestly quite frustrated. Please update the opening hours to avoid wasting other people’s time.

31/05/2026: Arrived by chance, returned by choice! At Duccio's you feel at home, in every sense of the word. The atmosphere he creates with his kindness and attention to the customer makes you feel at home, as does the staff, who are always smiling and attentive. Chatting with other guests in the dining room is completely natural, a familiarity between strangers, pleasant, never annoying. Add to all this the quality of the home-made food, the attention to detail, and a good glass of wine, and it's impossible not to return! The motto: Duccio, you do it... You can't go wrong 😊

20/07/2026: It's a popular spot for motorcyclists, and it's a real treat. The food is excellent, and we're there from morning until afternoon, with plenty of beer. We stopped last night and were enchanted by the beauty. In the evening, it becomes a romantic restaurant with a candlelit table. It's best to book for the evening. Plus, there's a spectacular sunset. You absolutely have to go there, and even better if you're on a motorbike.

12/07/2026: I had delicious scallops with mushrooms, while my friend had sausage and potatoes. The delicious food, excellent service, and Agnese's friendliness made this restaurant a real treat.
Highly recommended.
10/07/2026: We arrived at Traversa da Jolanda along the Via degli Dei. The lady welcomed us immediately, and the room was ready before 12:00 :)
The room and overall structure were dated but still comfortable. We also ate well at dinner, and the entire staff was very kind, even leaving breakfast ready for us the next morning since we wanted to leave very early at 5:30. Thank you to all the staff!

26/04/2026: We had lunch because we were guests of the agriturismo, which is part of the same management. Prices were reasonable. Good appetizers and main courses. Very welcoming place with the option of sitting inside or outside. Very friendly and welcoming service. The only downside was that the waiter, although friendly and polite, was in a tracksuit...you can't see him.
19/04/2026: Large, unshaded parking lot. Friendly service. Tables are too close together. Good food and decent portions. Price commensurate with the dishes.

14/02/2026: We arrived at the Locanda on a rainy day. We were greeted by a very kind waitress, who seated us and showed us the handwritten menu. All the dishes were typical local dishes, seasonal, and reasonably priced. There was a limited vegetarian option, but the farro tagliatelle with radicchio and walnuts was delicious, although I would have preferred it to be cooked longer. The second room has a very large window overlooking the countryside. A pleasant lunch in a very well-kept setting.

10/05/2026: An authentic and substantial experience. The tagliatelle and tortelli with blackthorn mushrooms were the highlight: incredibly fragrant and clearly homemade. The tortelli with ragù were also excellent. The Fiorentina steak arrived perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The mixed roast and fried vegetables were also special, crispy and not greasy. Kudos to the staff for their kindness and warmth, rare qualities these days. Unbeatable value for money for those seeking authentic Tuscan cuisine.

20/04/2026: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch, and I have to say it was a terrible experience!
Rushed and inattentive service, poor quality and overpriced food (€2.50 cover charge per person, a bag of dry bread and focaccia that not even the dog would eat!; a plate of four mini tomato bruschettas for €6 was truly excessive!)
The menu was worthy of a two-star pension for seniors (vegetable minestrone or pasta with garlic, oil, chili, and parsley...), and the French fries (much-vaunted on the menu) were dry and clearly reheated!
When it came time to pay the hefty €57.50 bill, we weren't even given a receipt.
How can you fool people by serving mediocre dishes and not even bothering to produce a receipt???
It was definitely the first and last time... they definitely won't rip us off again!!

A wonderful day with bright
sunshine , perfect for a day trip.
So we hop on our bikes and head up for a couple of tagliatelle.
A rustic atmosphere where you can feel the family atmosphere and a lot of passion.
Hords of passionate bikers all gathered around the table to eat the delicious tagliatelle, and we also tried the spaghettoni.
The family-recipe ragù was EXCELLENT.
Scarping off the bread is a must.
The dish was freshly prepared, so while we waited, a bruschetta was a great way to satisfy our hunger.

15/06/2026: After six years, I returned because I was passing through the area. The menu featured local dishes. I ordered tagliolini with truffles and mixed grilled pork with vegetables and spinach as a side. Everything was delicious. Special mention goes to the delightful chef and owner, who prepared the bill for us and offered us a limoncello.
02/06/2026: Friendly staff, excellent food, reasonable prices. Service could be improved, dishes show minor signs of wear, and the room could use some updating.

14/07/2025: Tranquility, silence, and elegance—what more could you ask for? A complex of tastefully renovated country farmhouses, with a focus on practicality. An ideal location for us motorcyclists, on the road down from Passo Gioco toward Firenzuola. We appreciated the opportunity to relax by the pool after a day in the saddle. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. And I recommend booking dinner at the property's restaurant for the excellent cuisine and magical atmosphere on summer evenings.

22/06/2026: Incredibly, after the hottest day of the year, my father-in-law and I decided to cool off with two drinks with ice... we wish we'd never done that! The man behind the counter immediately called us idiots in dialect, thinking we didn't understand. The place doesn't have a proper ice machine, so be careful!!!
12/05/2026: Impeccable service, the girl who served us deserves 10 stars, spectacular! She alone is worth a stop at this trattoria, guaranteed.
Everything was good, but the mascarpone with zabaglione...indescribable.

03/05/2026: A truly pleasant stop along the Via degli Dei!
From Passo della Futa, Stefania and her daughter proved to be two attentive and welcoming hosts. There were four of us, and after a simple phone call, Stefania picked us up directly at the pass: a truly precious gesture after a day of walking.
The apartment was adequate and well-organized, with many little touches that make a difference: snacks, coffee, and everything you need for breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, in the small village of Covigliaio, where there's a grocery store just steps away that makes excellent, generous sandwiches at very reasonable prices, as well as offering useful products for self-catering.
Another positive aspect is the great freedom offered to guests: Stefania doesn't pressure us to dine at her agriturismo. We decided to stay anyway, and it was worth it: a complete dinner with appetizer, first course, wine, dessert, and water for about €25 per person, all very good.
The laundry drying service, essential for those on the move, and the homemade cake for breakfast were also greatly appreciated.
The value for money was truly excellent, and the welcome was warm: a stop we definitely recommend!
