21/03/2025: The waitress took the orders without ordering without writing anything so that when she brought the first courses one was wrong, but being very hungry we took it anyway and paid normally. The linguine with truffles was offered but the truffles were finished. Gillardout oysters were very good 5 euros each. I had the catch of the day (sea bass with potatoes and artichokes) 25 euros. The mixed fried fish was about 20 euros but I expected it to be a little more abundant. Overall we ate well and the service apart from the mistake was excellent. The place is small with tables close together but sometimes it is useful for socializing. Excellent location.

31/03/2025: Degustazione STELLA...RE! Piatti eccellentemente preparati e presentati da uno Chef capace, evidentemente coadiuvato da una brigata che lo segue meticolosamente. Grande tecnica e contestualmente semplicità balzano agli occhi ed al palato. Personale di sala attento, preparato ed estremamente professionale. Una sosta che merita il giusto riconoscimento tanto dagli avventori, dai commensali quanto degli addetti al settore. Complimenti bravissimi TUTTI.

21/12/2024: Siamo tornati al Care Diem a provare la nuova gestione, è stata una bellissima sorpresa, abbiamo mangiato veramente molto bene, tagliolini al tartufo veramente sopraffini, una rarità in zona, servizio attendo e gentile, dall'antipasto al dolce tutto buonissimo, e il menu' è veramente interessante. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezzionale. Super consigliato.

09/04/2025: Our last night of a long lovely holiday was to be here. And we were not disappointed. Very smiling and competent owner helped us to order. Tender and delicious meat, and when we wanted some extra greens, it arrived quickly. Delicious dessert which we otherwise often think is given too little weight in other restaurants. So that was also a nice experience. Such a wonderful dining experience in a really beautiful city. We can definitely highly recommend the place.

06/04/2025: Je conseille sans détour.... Des menus pas trop chers (18 € pour spaghettis, une viande avec légumes et un dessert) ou des plats à la carte comme des gnocchis (fabuleux...) Merci aux patrons et au service impeccable malgré le fait que étions 10 et que nous n avions pas réservé 😁 Merci pour cet agréable moment

31/12/2024: Dinner with friends: table outside with a beautiful view to the east of the hills with the village of Tignano and the Castello del Nero illuminated by the red light of the sunset. Aperitif, welcome tomato soup and really good pizza: thin, perfect: we learned that a very fine flour is used and you can feel it. In particular, my pizza with buffalo mozzarella, caramelized onion, carrots and sesame is one of the most surprising in taste and good that I have ever eaten. Equally good are the gnudi with truffles and the millefeuille with strawberries. They were very organized and paid particular attention to the food for the celiac person who was with us, serving dedicated pizza, bread and desserts. I definitely recommend it, and I also recommend a walking tour of the village of Barberino which is beautiful and well kept.
