09/12/2025: Already intrigued by the kind words and, above all, the inviting photos I saw on Google, I decided to dive into this avalanche of flavors. The two gentlemen running the cart, dynamic and easygoing, deftly move between sandwiches, plates, and succulent lampredotto. The menu selection is vast, branching out into sandwiches and baskets, best accompanied by a generous slice of bread. The lampredotto sandwich, su maestà, complete or with salt and pepper, salsa verde, or spicy sauce, is the star. The lamb's stomach, framed by a rosette soaked in meat broth, is crispy yet tender on the palate. A red wine to accompany it, and the experience can begin. Not only lampredotto, but also tripe, boiled meat, and porchetta, beating everyone else around. A highly recommended experience and definitely one to repeat.

08/10/2025: Steven and Elisa were incredibly helpful and professional! I tried the pistachio chocolate and it was just as delicious and fragrant as the reviews say! I immediately ordered the caviar pistachio chocolate! There's a buy-three-get-one-free promotion going on right now, which was a fantastic shopping experience!

15/11/2025: It was great when we ate pizza and pasta, and then we also got delicious desserts, washed down with homemade limoncello... 🤯 The woman told me to add about the delicious cheesecake, which was oozing with salted caramel 🤎 The pizzaiolo was wonderful, and the lady made our culinary dreams come true. Final rating: 11/5, but you can only click 5 stars, I recommend it. 🇵🇱🇮🇹

11/11/2025: We really liked this place. It's what we call "cheap and cheerful" back home. It's not fancy but the food is solid and the staff are lovely. If I had a restaurant like it in my locale, I would eat there regularly.

12/12/2025: A friend recommended this restaurant to me. Even before I entered, the staff were friendly and called me "my friend," which made me feel comfortable, and I was shown to a seat with a great view of the cathedral. I ordered ravioli with potatoes in a large pasta dish, and grilled vegetables. I chose frizzante and was delighted to receive San Pellegrino. The ravioli was absolutely delicious, and I was amazed at how simple pasta with potatoes could be so tasty. I felt the food was of a high standard. It was a flavor I hadn't experienced in Venice or Milan. The grilled vegetables were grilled in olive oil, but they must have used a lot of it, as they tasted of olive oil and were a bit overcooked, which was a bit disappointing. Satisfied, I paid the bill, received a receipt for 32.50 euros, and left the restaurant. However, when I checked my credit card app, I saw that I had been charged 42.50 euros. I felt that this was strange and told the staff right away. They immediately canceled my order and charged me a new one for 32.50 euros. I'm grateful for their quick response. Above all, I was impressed by the ravioli, so it was priceless. Thank you for the meal.

08/10/2025: I stumbled upon this delicious slice of pizza place. The crust is thin and crispy. If you're a little tired of similar restaurants, I highly recommend this place for a delicious and enjoyable meal. The pumpkin pizza is especially excellent. I hope the friendly owner stays healthy!

05/12/2025: Traditional Italian food with a hip vibe, cheerful staff and alternative interior. I enjoyed my Tripi Florentine style and tomatoe bread soup!!! Never tried before and absolutely loved it. Both dishes are very filling. I would have been completely satisfied with either of the two.

30/11/2025: Last night, we had a wonderful experience at Chef Filippo Saporito's Leggenda Dei Frati. The venue is simply enchanting, located inside Villa Bardini and boasting a breathtaking view of the city. Hard work, research, and thoughtfulness create a wealth of flavor. The cuisine is deeply rooted in the local area, and the wine selection is the result of long and meticulous dedication. Some courses are already missing as soon as you finish them, but the crescendo of flavors in each dish makes you want to see what else the chef will delight you with. The bread, too, is incredible, masterfully presented in all its forms, creating the perfect pairing with the dishes. The desserts are simply a triumph of flavor. Every detail of the dishes exudes love and care. An experience truly worth experiencing.

11/10/2025: I cannot, in good conscience, give this restaurant a good rating. This is the worst Michelin-star experience I’ve encountered; in fact, it’s the most disappointing meal of my entire trip to Italy. The presentation is beautiful, but the flavors missed the mark completely. The sweet shrimp dish is the only one I somewhat enjoyed, but it was merely scraps in the soup. It feels ridiculous to be served such a minimal portion for such an expensive meal. Can I please have a full shrimp? The tiny bits in there do not constitute a full serving. Then came the pasta, which was bland, and the stuffed pasta resembled mush—what was that? I completely lost it with the next dish: chicken liver. First off, another bread heavy dish after a few bread dishes already. The balancing and pace of this meal is completely off. Secondly, I usually relish, as I love pâté, foie gras, and similar delicacies. However, this dish tasted overwhelmingly bloody, making it inedible. The pigeon, which I am familiar with and grew up eating, also had an unpleasant taste, oozing with blood. I love a medium rare steak but this dish literally tasted like blood. At this point, I felt nauseated and decided to ask for the check before dessert. As for the bill, the waitress initially told us the drinks were complimentary, so we decided to give them a try. That turned out to be untrue. We were charged for everything, bringing our total to a staggering $450, which is excessively high, even by US standards. We left feeling robbed, and I even experienced stomach pain afterward. If you think you’ll enjoy a nice view during dinner, you are in for a disappointment. We were greeted with trees completely blocking the city skyline, only getting a glimpse of it after our meal. Additionally, I noticed there were only three tables occupied in the entire restaurant on a Friday night, which was quite telling. I wish I could have my time and money back. This was for our wedding anniversary and truly completely ruined our day. It’s an incredibly disappointing experience, and I can’t help but feel frustrated thinking about it.

04/12/2025: As usual, the dinner was excellent, as was the service. This time... even more so... there were four of us, and due to our particular circumstances, we might have been a bit inconvenienced. Without even mentioning it, we were immediately offered dinner at their adjacent restaurant, "Il Cibreo," and were still served the Il Cibleo menu. It's truly rare to find such a high level of customer service and attention!

22/11/2025: A unique and exceptional experience. We had heard about the other Cibreo restaurants, and this wound up being our favorite meal in Tuscany (and one of our favorite ever). Truly unique flavors and outstanding drinks, too (including some sake they brought us to try on the house). No, it’s not a traditional Tuscan meal, but the flavors are remarkable, it clearly still has a local influence, and the overall experience and service are special. A memorable evening.
