02/08/2024: Birthday present from my boyfriend. We arrived half an hour early but they still welcomed us. We chose the tasting menu of 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, a second course and dessert. A unique sensory experience, everything delicious and well paired. The bottle of Negramaro is also very good. Discrete, easy-going and non-intrusive (and not necessarily "high-class") service. From the reviews, many praised the desserts but, in addition to not knowing which one to get, I didn't find them that great (I liked the combinations but the balance between the quantities of ingredients and the consistencies not at all). However, the rating remains a well-deserved 5 stars. After returning a third time I can confirm that it remains our favorite restaurant for special occasions. Unmissable tartare, delicious risotto with courgettes and goat's yoghurt and masterfully cooked pigeon. Changes? The bread is always better. And the extremely nice waiter who, upon hearing me speak, brought me the cake with the candle as a surprise. Abundant and curated wine list, I recommend you rely on them for the choice.

On the table we received there was a card with the incorrect name "UTE"...

28/07/2024: Very beautiful location, ideal in summer to escape the scorching heat of the city. Unfortunately, the food was not up to the standard of the place, overcooked duck tortelli and oily sauce, fried flowers very greasy with oil, stringy pork and inexplicably spiced with sage (it really tasted like sage), even the roast potatoes were greasy and mushy. Extensive wine list. The food was very heavy to digest. Value for money 2/5 I wouldn't go back!

21/08/2024: I don't recommend it at all. It's not typical Italian at all. We ate some bagels that left a lot to be desired and were worth 8 euros (they came on a plate, without accompaniment or decoration, a steal) and a pretty bad coffee, to be honest (and we expected that being Italy it would be difficult to find bad coffee). It's not worth the wait or the price, honestly.

20/08/2024: The pancakes were really good, but coffee could be tastier. Very nice and helpful service, I recommend!

05/08/2024: Excellent food and incredible service! We had the wild boar ragu, beef stew, and roasted potatoes and everything was delicious. Servers were also friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable!

25/08/2024: Wonderful small and well-maintained restaurant with a fantastic wine list/bible. Beautiful food and a peaceful ambiance. The setting with all kinds of beautiful wines and enthusiastic staff. You have a good view of the open kitchen where beautiful dishes are conjured up.

12/08/2024: What an experience! It was an extraordinary dinner, worthy of a Michelin address. The dining room is very beautiful, intimate, and impeccably clean. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary appetizers, a theme that continued throughout the evening with the many “gifts from the house.” We were welcomed with glasses of champagne, and throughout the evening we received surprise digestives and appetizers. The staff is the most attentive I have ever encountered in a restaurant of this caliber. Special mention to the sommelier, who was very attentive, patient, gentle and incredibly kind. His recommendations were perfect, introducing us to the wines of the region and Italy. The truffle tasting menu was delicious, although the portions were small as you would expect in this type of fine dining restaurant. For the quality and price, it is an exceptional address where you are sure to eat well.

05/08/2024: Thanks for an amazing evening! The tagliatelle with truffe was excellent. The bisteca was perfect. If you come here please don’t rush it - take your time - get a carafe of house wine - chill out and finish with a grappa!

25/08/2024: We went to eat pizza at this delicious pizzeria, very popular in the area. We were very happy! The quality of the pasta is exceptional and not at all heavy, plus the quality of the ingredients is amazing and of excellent quality. The staff is very attentive to customers and very nice. The owners are fantastic people, very approachable and super cheerful. I really liked the climate there. The location is very modern, inside there is a large room with many tables, and outside there are 2 very nice verandas. I will definitely go back because it's really worth it! Compliments!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

11/07/2024: I wanted to try this place out of curiosity, since a family friend had spoken very highly of it to us. So, we decided to book a table. Location: - The place is quite small, but still appreciable. Modern, welcoming location, with a few seats at the counter (at the entrance to the restaurant), and then around twenty-five seats in the room. Perhaps, with noisy diners, the not too large space amplifies the noise, making the experience less pleasant. Service- - The service was very good. Hospitable and kind staff. Courses served at the right times, therefore well spaced. Furthermore, some dishes of the day were also offered when you had to order. Food : - Amuse-bouche much appreciated and also very pleasant (in my case crouton with cod cream). - The appetizers really convinced me a lot. Both the raw fish and the hot appetizer (of the day) were really good. I recommend the mixed raw fish which is convenient because for an affordable price, compared to the other starters, you can taste tuna and sea bream tartare, then scampi, red prawn and finally an oyster. Satisfied. - As for the starters, they were good, but not exceptional in my opinion. The quality of the products was good. But for example, the tagliatelle with red prawn and Tropea onion lacked a unique boost, a flavor that made me say "they are really excellent". There wasn't that little sauce, that binder, that united the pasta with the ingredients, in fact, in practice it was a tagliatella, with good, fine ingredients. Similarly, despite not having tasted it, but having asked for an opinion, the same situation was found for the spaghetti with seafood. It's a shame they weren't able to bring out the flavors because the quality of the products used wasn't bad at all. - Speaking of second courses, in particular the fried ones, I can only say compliments. Crispy, light, not very greasy and very tasty. Applause for the frying, really highly recommended. - Finally the desserts. I tasted both the sorbet and the cheesecake. Both were excellent, especially the cheesecake, exquisite. Price : - Slightly high prices compared to quantity and quality, but consider that we are not by the sea, and the restaurant is located in a fairly central area of ​​Florence. All in all, the price is reasonable, but nothing exceptional. Conclusions: - The experience was pleasant. The quality of the products is good, as are the dishes. Portions are right, but not abundant. Prices slightly higher than what they deserved, but in the end they recovered some points with the environment and service. Satisfied but there are several details still to be ironed out.

10/07/2024: Ho voluto provare questo locale per curiosità, dato che un amico di famiglia ce ne aveva parlato molto bene. Così, ci siamo decisi a prenotare un tavolo. Location : - Il locale è abbastanza piccolino, ma comunque apprezzabile. Location moderna, accogliente, con pochi posti a sedere al banco ( all’entrata del ristorante ), e poi circa venticinque posti nella sala. Forse, con dei commensali rumorosi, lo spazio non troppo ampio amplifica il rumore, rendendo meno piacevole l’esperienza . Servizio : - Il servizio è stato molto buono. Personale ospitale e gentile. Portate servite con i tempi giusti, quindi ben intervallate. Inoltre, sono stati proposti anche alcuni piatti del giorno nel momento in cui si doveva ordinare. Cibo : - Amuse-bouche molto apprezzata e anche molto piacevole ( nel mio caso crostino con crema di baccalà ). - Gli antipasti mi hanno convinto davvero molto. Sia il crudo di pesce che l’antipasto caldo ( del giorno ) veramente buoni. Consiglio il misto di crudo che conviene perché per un prezzo conveniente, rispetto agli altri antipasti, si riesce ad assaggiare tartare di tonno e orata, poi scampi, gambero rosso e infine un ostrica. Soddisfatto. - Per quanto riguarda i primi, erano buoni, ma non eccezionali a mio parere. La qualità dei prodotti era buona. Ma per esempio, le tagliatelle con gambero rosso e cipolla di Tropea, mancavano di una spinta unica, di un sapore che mi facesse dire “ sono davvero ottime “. Non c’era quel sughino, quel legante, che univa la pasta con gli ingredienti, infatti, in pratica era un tagliatella, con ingredienti buoni, fine. Allo stesso modo, pur non avendola assaggiata, ma avendo chiesto un parere, si è riscontrata la stessa situazione per lo spaghetto ai frutti di mare. Peccato non siano riusciti a far esaltare i sapori perché la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati non era niente male. - Parlando di secondi, in particolare della frittura, posso solo dire complimenti. Croccante, leggera, poco unta e molto saporita. Plauso per la frittura, davvero consigliatissima. - Infine i dessert. Ho assaggiato sia il sorbetto che il cheesecake. Ottime entrambi, in particolare il cheesecake, squisito. Prezzo : - Prezzi leggermente alti rispetto a quantità e qualità, da considerare però che non siamo al mare, e il locale si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale di Firenze. Tutto sommato il prezzo ci può stare, ma nulla di eccezionale. Conclusioni : - L’esperienza è stata piacevole. Qualità dei prodotti buona e allo stesso modo le pietanze. Porzioni giuste, ma non abbondanti. Prezzi leggermente più alti di ciò che meritava, ma alla fine con l’ambiente e il servizio hanno recuperato qualche punto. Soddisfatto ma ci sono diversi dettagli ancora da limare.
