Very high level oven... fantastic raw materials... very friendly, professional staff.

I frequented it at the end of the 90s and I must say that it has remained as it was then, both in terms of quality, kindness and prices, which is not easy for a bakery in the centre.

We came across it on the road and bought a mozzarella, cheese and tomato sandwich and two of their desserts, all of them were delicious.

Discreet choice of sweet and savory. Good food and fair price.

Nice bakery tucked within the hassle, bread is delicious, large proportion and reasonably priced, owner is also friendly and accommodating, definitely a great place to come back again!

Small Italian bakery in the heart of Florence, a stone's throw from Piazza de la Repubblica. In addition to being a pretty store, the staff is super pleasant! Being French, knowing how to speak English but not Italian, it was very easy to understand us during my visit Present for breakfast, I didn't let myself be tempted by the savory one but I can't wait to go back for lunch or just for a simple treat 🤠

Good selection of savory and sweet pastries. The owner seemed very kind. Will definitely come again!
