We had dinner last night with a couple of American friends, and it turned out to be a great choice, as we made a wonderful impression. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, the service was attentive and attentive without ever being intrusive, the wine list had a wide variety, and the price was absolutely fair for what we ate and drank. By far the best Indian restaurant in Florence!

Had such a great experience at this restaurant in Florence! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.. The atmosphere was warm and inviting; perfect after a long day of exploring the city.
The food was honestly so amazing!!! Everything we ordered was full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly; you can really tell they care about quality and authenticity. Plus, the menu has so many options, so there’s something for everyone! :)
It’s not always easy to find good indian food while traveling, but this place definitely stands out! Highly recommend if you’re in Florence and craving delicious & comforting Indian food. Would 100% come back!

Not sure how they are highly rated. While the food is not bad, they don’t come close to Taj Palace. More shocking was the puny portion of the dishes - especially the dal tadka. Literally four serving spoon size portions. We complained and the server said that is the normal size. Between the two of us we had 4 orders and nothing left to take home. Out kid had butter chicken which was also on the smaller size but could not compete with the dal for small portions. Wife ordered red wins and she could not drink it either. I have never seen her waste a glass of wine in the past. A first time. Skip it and try other places including Taj Palace.

Good dishes, but portions were decidedly too small, especially considering the price. We were particularly disappointed with the mixed appetizers, which were truly lacking. The staff were very welcoming and kind, but the service was a bit slow. €140 for one mixed appetizer for two, another appetizer, four main courses (three chicken and one potato), three plain naans, one garlic bread, one onion, and four desserts. Only water, no wine, beer, coffee, etc. The price would have been reasonable if the portions weren't so small; the chicken was the best course.
