Clearly, overpriced for what it is. The meat was nothing special, on par with a Buffalo Grill in France. I suppose you could call this restaurant a tourist trap. It's not bad, except for their utterly bland risotto, but it's not good either. There are much better options in Florence. Get out of the city center, away from the negative reviews of tourists, and find restaurants run by Italians, for Italians, that do justice to their cuisine.

The meat is excellent quality but the Florentine steak is eaten by hand, a little bit expensive, excellent service, large portions

Great place. It was delicious. I recommend the T-bone steak, grilled vegetables, and potatoes for two. A bottle of local wine.

I was forced to write this review. I was already full, but they forced me to write it anyway. Then they gave me a huge tiramisu. I really didn't want any more food! LOL KLEO's service was excellent. I ordered the lunch set menu, and the salad, pasta, and meat were all twice the amount I expected. The balsamic vinegar and olive oil were delicious.

It was really good. The food tasted really good and the service was amazing. The steak was really good and tasty. I highly recommend it everyone. Friendly workers, fast service. 5 star.

The menu was so unhelpful (I didn't know there was a Korean menu 😭), so I asked a staff member for help, but they acted very annoyed. I managed to order somehow, and the food came out quickly, but... I had booked through The Fork, so they didn't apply the discount to the bill. I had to mention it again for them to finally process it. However, since I paid by card, they didn't cancel the transaction and return it; instead, they gave me cash back ㅡㅡ and even then, they gave me about 5 euros less. I just considered it a tip, but it really left a bad impression on me.

Visited for dinner and had a pretty mixed experience. The steak itself was juicy and tasty, but if I’m honest it didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by other reviews. Unfortunately, there was also a serious issue. I found a metal staple in the steak, which was a real shame and obviously a food safety concern. To their credit, the staff handled it well. The waiter (Robert I think?) apologised and the manager removed the steak from the bill without any hassle, which I really appreciated. We were also seated in a side room, which wasn’t as nice or atmospheric as the main dining area, so that slightly affected the overall experience. Overall, good service recovery and a decent meal, but the metal in the food and slightly underwhelming setting meant it didn’t fully meet expectations. I also feel all the staff were in general overwhelmed form Easter weekend which is understandable and perhaps a bit of a language barrier. Just a bit unfortunate, but really appreciate Robert and the manager making amends.
