It must be tough being away from home. As a Sichuan native, I ordered a cold pig ear salad and their signature chicken feet, but they were awful and a waste of money. The pig ear salad was overcooked, too mushy, and the knife skills were terrible. The chicken feet were stale and greasy.

I went because I was so sick of pasta and pizza, but it was even better than I expected! The portions are huge, so I don't think you need to order a lot. If I go back to Florence, I definitely want to stop by again to try other dishes.

I was delighted. I caught a glimpse of a diner where almost all the people there were Chinese. I went in.
There were Chinese characters on the board, and beautiful photographs in the book. I chose the first, fifth, and sixth items from the board.
These were:
Szechuan-style braised chicken
Szechuan-style mushrooms with fresh chili (though they have chili everywhere anyway)
Cold duck gizzard salad.
Everything turned out so good! Especially the duck gizzards.
I asked for medium spiciness, but you can tell from the photo by the number of peppers.

I honestly didn’t expect to find such good Chinese food right in the middle of Florence. The historic center is full of amazing Italian restaurants of course, but authentic Chinese cuisine isn’t always easy to find here. This place was a really pleasant surprise.
There are classic dishes, but also several options that feel more authentic. Everything we ordered came out quickly and was served hot.. The noodles were also very good, with great texture and a rich sauce that didn’t feel heavy or overly oily.
The service was friendly and efficient. The staff were welcoming and happy to explain some of the dishes, which is always nice when you’re trying something new. Despite being in a busy central area, the atmosphere felt relaxed rather than rushed.
Another big plus is the value for money. Considering the location in the heart of Florence, the prices are very reasonable. Portions are generous, so it’s easy to share a few dishes and try different things.

The spicy pig's trotters were especially delicious. The pork intestines were also good.
