02/04/2025: Prenotato all'ultimo momento ed arrivati intorno alle 13.30. Accoglienza gentile e cortese. Ambiente familiare da tradizione con pochi tavoli. Proposte poche, meglio dire giuste, coniuganti un mix di cucina piemontese, romagnola a pugliese come i proprietari pugliese lui e romagnola la moglie. Agnolotti al sugo di brasato fatti in casa, con ottimo ripieno anche se la salsa un po' liquida. I secondi, tagliata e brasato, sono di ottima qualità (il proprietario tra le altre cose è macellaio). Dolci fatti in casa.

19/03/2025: I had lunch in this small trattoria in Chiomonte in Val di Susa after they had very kindly made me an excellent gluten-free crepe with wild berry jam for breakfast. They were very kind because they waited for me even though the kitchen closed at 2.00 pm and I arrived at 1.45 pm. I ate two dishes that to define as extraordinary is an understatement: a delicious risotto with mushrooms and above all a cod fillet cooked in a sublime way with ginger and other delicious spices with a side dish of baked pumpkin. Truly DELICIOUS! All at a very honest price. Highly recommended

25/01/2025: Genuine products and excellent value for money. We stopped for lunch and had two first courses (gnocchi with butter and herbs and the baked pasta which was a dish of the day) and a second course for two (chicken thighs with potatoes). All dishes were plentiful, tasty and very good. The prices for the first courses are from 8 to 12 € while for the second courses from 10 to 14. We spent €38 for two with also a glass of wine. I really recommend stopping by also for the beautiful environment!

22/03/2025: Delicious food and the service was awesome. The lady who served us she was very friendly and patient with us because the lenguaje. This city of Susa has her own history. I definitely recommend.

16/03/2025: Last night we went to this pizzeria and it was an excellent idea... we hadn't booked but the girls (very kind) made us sit right away... the pizzas were excellent and topped with good products. We will definitely be back

09/03/2025: Un lugar muy bonito. El diseño es familiar, con un toque de modernidad. Los empleadores son afectivos y te prestan atención. Era una casa llena, y no me sentía olvidada. Probamos el "Spaghetti alla Carbonara" y la pizza "Quelli che pensano bene", que era la especialidad de la casa y era todo muy agradable. Un lugar que visitar.

04/04/2025: QUESTIONABLE COMPANY POLICY: During dinner service, at 9.10pm (given that I had been informed that we had to leave the table at 9.30pm) we ask to order 2 more plates of rolls while still having 20 minutes available; To our question the waiter replies "I don't think I can make them for you". I find it absurd that in a place like this where you spend an average of €100.00 per person you can receive such responses to a legitimate request from a customer. We therefore decided not to order, obviously feeling embarrassed following such a disconcerting response, leaving hungry and dissatisfied.
