Excellent, high-quality, traditional food. The place is simple and charming, and the staff are friendly. Just to be honest, I'd point out that replacing the interior lights with warmer ones would make the atmosphere even more 5-star. Otherwise, great! See you soon!

I happened upon this restaurant a while ago during the Ivrea Carnival, and I remember the food was good. But now it seems impossible to book a table for two; after six phone calls, it's always full.

A very positive experience at Trattoria San Giovanni. Excellent food and very friendly service. The only downside is the rather noisy atmosphere. The location is very convenient for the Ivrea Carnival. The dishes are generous, but takeout is available.

05/12/2025: I had lunch at this fantastic place during a stroll through downtown Turin. Delicious products made with top-quality ingredients. The focaccia and focaccia di Recco were truly delicious, not to mention the owner's friendliness and kindness. A lovely, high-quality place, highly recommended. I'll be back.
