19/06/2025: I gave them 2 chances both failed. The first was an aperitif, asked if they did vodka on top they squeezed a lemon inside a vodka with ice (terrible) Second I enter around 11.50 the place is empty outside it is terribly hot I am asked to have coffee at the outside tables because the room was ready for lunch. The place would also be nice but the staff should change jobs.

Very crowded Saturday evening, there were only 18 of us... at first we thought there would be a lot of waiting and certainly a lot of confusion... and the first time I was amazed at the super organisation, speed and the delicious food. I was very satisfied. All the girls/boys attentive, fast and super professional..well done everyone.

Excellent quality of food with dishes with particular combinations, speed of service (very welcome during work breaks), plating that also pleases the eye and excellent cost quality. Clean place.

22/06/2025: Very nice staff, they spoke great English and were kind with our attempts to speak a little italian. Food was superb, a really good hamburger and a beetroot coloured spaghetti. Perfect lunch. Great wine by the glass and beer on tap completed the meal. We recommend it highly.

22/06/2025: A true gem in the heart of San Salvario, Le Putrelle turned out to be the perfect choice for our dinner with friends. The setting, with its vaulted ceilings that recall 19th-century architecture, creates a simple yet elegant and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for spending a pleasant evening in company. But the real strong point, without a shadow of a doubt, is Piedmontese cuisine. I found a gastronomic proposal that enhances the traditions of the area with authentic flavors and raw materials of the highest quality. The idea of ​​being able to choose between "cit" (small) and "gros" (large) portions is brilliant and allows you to taste more specialties without feeling heavy. We started with an exceptional Misto della Sinoira, a true palette of Piedmontese flavors: from Russian salad to green tomini, from anchovies in green bagnetto to old-fashioned veal with tuna sauce, every bite was a hymn to tradition. The "la Granda" Fassone tartare, tender and tasty, was another revelation. Among the first courses, the agnolotti del plin were simply perfect, cooked to perfection and filled with an enveloping flavor. And what about the braised beef in Barolo? A meat that melted in the mouth, enhanced by the intense aroma of the wine, a true masterpiece of Piedmontese cuisine. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and never intrusive, helping to make the evening even more special. Even the selection of wines, with an eye to small producers, fits perfectly with the philosophy of the place. In short, Le Putrelle is a culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Piedmont, in a pleasant atmosphere and with a truly excellent quality-price ratio. We will definitely be back!

24/05/2025: Non sono cliente assidua ma storica sì, frequento questo locale da più di cinquanta anni ma un' esperienza come quella di stasera non mi era.mai capitata. Attesa di un' ora per tre porzioni di farinata assolutamente cruda. Rimandata al mittente, ce ne hanno portata altra tale e quale. Non l' abbiamo mangiata. Arrivate le pizze, erano mezze crude anche quelle!! Signori... Se si è attrezzati per servire 100 clienti, non si può prendere di servirne il triplo con le stesse risorse!! Non è dimezzando i tempi di cottura del cibo che servite che raddoppierete i clienti soddisfatti! Molto ma molto delusa

18/06/2025: Evening gathering with friends we found a nice surprise a live concert that created a very pleasant atmosphere. In the distance you can see the festival of San Michele and the mountains. If outside the view is very pleasant also inside the place is well cared for. Environment 10e lode. Even the hamburgers turned out to be really very good and I was amazed by the service: despite the place being packed our dishes arrived very quickly. Compliments to the owners of the place and to the boys and girls who work there!
