But let's talk about the real star of the evening: the meat. Excellent quality, carefully selected, with a wide selection that caters to all tastes—from classic cuts to more sophisticated options. And it doesn't end there: the price per kilo is truly competitive and fair, which, for those of us who work in the industry, is particularly noticeable and appreciated. 27/03/2026: The cuisine was more than excellent, I'd say excellent. The place was very pleasant, a chic trattoria that's more of a restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly. The only flaw was that we waited 50 minutes for the Albanese, which, given that it was raw meat, seemed excessive. And since we had an hour for lunch, we couldn't enjoy other courses, or even dessert or coffee. The artichoke flan arrived promptly and was excellent too! Maybe they'd be quicker for dinner. We'll definitely return when we have more time. Prices are in line with the quality.

22/12/2025: Just had dinner with a 30% discount at The Fork. A very traditional and welcoming place. We were served by a very friendly and kind young woman with glasses. We had a lovely dinner with the family, good quality traditional food!

The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special evening. A special thanks to the manager, Leone, who is excellent and always available: professional, kind, and attentive to the customer, he makes you feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

12/01/2026: The atmosphere is comfortable and non-chaotic, with a relaxing and attentive selection of music, and the volume is low enough to allow for conversation without any disturbance. The service is enhanced by the passion and accuracy with which the various cuts and ingredients are described and explained. I loved seeing such passion and love for their craft. I also greatly appreciated the selection of salts to match the cuts chosen. So many little details that make the experience truly enjoyable. I'm not a big meat eater, but I found it extremely fun to taste such unique cuts of meat, in our case: crocodile, vicciola, Kobe, zebra, and kangaroo. All delicious. The panna cotta (also anything but ordinary) is highly recommended as a finale.

23/12/2025: Warm welcome, a variety of local and "exotic" meats (kangaroo, zebra, etc.), accompanied by different types of salt and sauces (and six different vinegars for the mixed salad). The panna cotta is exceptional! An experience to repeat!

19/04/2026: A must-try. I loved it... Contemporary Piola with traditional flavors... delicious dishes and excellent ingredients, as was the service. The bill is proportionate to the whole setting. It was a very nice coincidence that I went there on my birthday, and the owner's as well. Also note the oil, which is highly appreciated. It was a cultivar, Moresca, from my native Sicily, and it paired perfectly with my pea soup.
