06/08/2025: This is the second time we've written about this place, and we do so with good reason. After discovering it during an informal lunch with friends, we decided to spend a few days here. It's a three-star hotel, but for us it deserves five. The atmosphere, steeped in history, elegance, and refinement, is still present under the current management. A family that has preserved and continued a style of manners, service, and food quality that is rare today. Special recognition goes to the professionalism and kindness of the waiters and waitresses. 30/07/2025: We had dinner in the unique 100-year-old dining room: very stylish, transported back a century. Very friendly staff, good food, and very fair prices.

22/07/2025: I had high expectations for this place, given the inviting photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, however, the experience was disappointing. Let's start with the sandwiches: the quality and quantity of the ingredients is good, indeed abundant and proportionate to the price, nothing to say about this. However, the final result leaves much to be desired. The focaccia, both the Bari and Piedmontese ones, was not well-grilled, resulting in softness and coldness to the bite. The flavors inside the sandwich were completely disconnected and not valued, with a general feeling of "anonymity". I expected an explosion of flavor, crunchiness and harmony between the ingredients, instead there was a complete lack of adequate heating that could have enhanced the flavors and made the sandwich really appetizing. Another negative note was the slowness of the service. Despite the kindness of the operators, the preparation times were inexplicably long considering that there were few customers. Overall, a place from which I expected much more. Disappointing experience and, honestly, I would not return.

07/09/2025: I found it by chance while browsing online, and given its lakeside location, I decided to go there for dinner with my relatives. Well, I couldn't have made a better choice! Beautiful view, clean, and quiet place, and besides the delicious food, the icing on the cake were the attentive, kind girls who accommodated my request, as it was my parents' anniversary! Truly the best! Congratulations! I recommend it and will gladly return.

14/09/2025: A small place with several outdoor tables. Their specialty is this "crostone" (a kind of crusty bread), and you can choose from over twenty variations with refined ingredients (many with raw Bra sausage as a base, paired with local cheeses, mushrooms, vegetables, compotes, etc.). The price seems in line with the quality offered. This is my second time there, but the other day they ran out of Castelmagno cheese, so I ordered the raw Bra sausage, goat cheese, and porcini mushrooms.

08/09/2025: Stopped by Wiener Haus around 2:10 p.m., and there were only five customers. Quiet atmosphere, fast service. The menu offers a decent range of options, and while the food feels like something you'd get in a self-service diner or a chain cafeteria, it’s perfectly fine for the location. It’s not gourmet cuisine, but it gets the job done. 👍

03/08/2025: Had dinner with family a few days ago... in my house, some people like it cooked, some want it raw, but here everyone is satisfied! Quality food, as are the wines. I was hesitant about the tasting menu too, but ultimately, it takes the guesswork out of choosing and allows you to try dishes you wouldn't have tried otherwise... friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere... recommended.

14/06/2025: Dinner with friends, the owner Carlo having been informed of my allergies, organized everything, compliments and thanks, fish evening and everything excellent and special and then the explanation of each course, the first time I go to a restaurant where I eat from the appetizer to the dessert without taking pills and stay calm without the fear of getting sick, highly recommended compliments Carlo bye from Luisa, Paolo, Daniele and Fabri thanks 😍
