Fantastic rib-eye steak, excellent wines. Friendly staff, excellent service. The place feels a bit old-fashioned, but when I'm craving rib-eye steak, I'll go back without a second thought.

The starter was hot fondue and crostini, delicious.
The first course was excellent gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese.
The Marche rib eye was good, but we'll try others.
All the meats were excellent, and worth exploring.

Wonderful cellar with refined wines ready to satisfy every palate.
For me, it's a treat I indulge in periodically.

I'm reviewing this place after months.
I discovered this place by chance.
I went there on the last day of closure, before the summer holidays, and yet the staff, despite being tired and the imminent closure, were on point, kind, helpful, polite, and cooperative.
I ate divinely. They cook the meat as it should be cooked. The first course was sublime, generously portioned, with a generous sauce.
They have a wide variety of wines.
The atmosphere is quiet, elegant, courteous, even romantic.
Parking is easy (at least when I was there).
I'm satisfied... and I definitely want to go back!!!

I'm returning to Cacimperio after many years, and I must say the quality of the meat is always excellent. They even brought us an extra stone to cook it more thoroughly for those who didn't like it rare. Given the considerable cost of the product, I would, however, highlight the weight of the piece to diners before serving, just to be clear (they usually do this, but unfortunately not this time...).
