Owners... very nice people who go out of their way to please the customer even for off-menu requests. For some months it has also been possible to consume on site, at the counter. 05/01/2025: 2 adults and 1 child, good food, perfect service. Cost €100 2 dishes each with wine, all perfect. The only note was that the place was noisy but it could have been okay since it was Saturday evening and there was an organized dinner table!!!! However we will definitely return and I recommend it.

31/12/2024: Roberto brings his experience of life and in the kitchen to the table, the menu includes courses and delicacies prepared with devotion and selected raw materials, somewhat surprisingly, the wines offered are also good. Even children can find something good, even if the menu is a little too abundant and particular for them. The bill is adequate, perhaps the "almost fixed" menu allows you to offer a lot of freshness and variety under 50 euros, and it is quite rare. Relaxing and warm, romantic atmosphere. We would happily return.

26/12/2024: The Michelin star goes first of all to Renzo Piano and the location, probably unique in the world. I invite you to go to this place that combines the beauty of the Alps, that of Turin, that of heights, that of Architecture and that of the walk at approximately 150 meters above sea level among ornamental plants and views that cheer the soul. In the restaurant, the dishes are a mix of traditional and contemporary, with the famous do-it-yourself carbonara and a slightly bizarre boxed menu but which commercially also allows very cheap menus for a starred restaurant. The service wins attention and the wine list is consistent with expectations. The food is consistent with Piedmont and rich like a French interpretation of local dishes: perhaps a little less fat wouldn't hurt, we're on the fence.
