22/06/2025: A true gem in the heart of San Salvario, Le Putrelle turned out to be the perfect choice for our dinner with friends. The setting, with its vaulted ceilings that recall 19th-century architecture, creates a simple yet elegant and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for spending a pleasant evening in company. But the real strong point, without a shadow of a doubt, is Piedmontese cuisine. I found a gastronomic proposal that enhances the traditions of the area with authentic flavors and raw materials of the highest quality. The idea of ​​being able to choose between "cit" (small) and "gros" (large) portions is brilliant and allows you to taste more specialties without feeling heavy. We started with an exceptional Misto della Sinoira, a true palette of Piedmontese flavors: from Russian salad to green tomini, from anchovies in green bagnetto to old-fashioned veal with tuna sauce, every bite was a hymn to tradition. The "la Granda" Fassone tartare, tender and tasty, was another revelation. Among the first courses, the agnolotti del plin were simply perfect, cooked to perfection and filled with an enveloping flavor. And what about the braised beef in Barolo? A meat that melted in the mouth, enhanced by the intense aroma of the wine, a true masterpiece of Piedmontese cuisine. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and never intrusive, helping to make the evening even more special. Even the selection of wines, with an eye to small producers, fits perfectly with the philosophy of the place. In short, Le Putrelle is a culinary experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Piedmont, in a pleasant atmosphere and with a truly excellent quality-price ratio. We will definitely be back!

03/06/2025: We stayed on Largo IV Marzo for a week and a half and ate out around here most nights. Two restaurants stood out and one was Bistrot Caffe della Basilica. The other was Casa Broglia. We had dinner twice at both of these - food, wine, service all really good. We also had lunch at Le Sorelle several times and recommend it.

24/05/2025: Non sono cliente assidua ma storica sì, frequento questo locale da più di cinquanta anni ma un' esperienza come quella di stasera non mi era.mai capitata. Attesa di un' ora per tre porzioni di farinata assolutamente cruda. Rimandata al mittente, ce ne hanno portata altra tale e quale. Non l' abbiamo mangiata. Arrivate le pizze, erano mezze crude anche quelle!! Signori... Se si è attrezzati per servire 100 clienti, non si può prendere di servirne il triplo con le stesse risorse!! Non è dimezzando i tempi di cottura del cibo che servite che raddoppierete i clienti soddisfatti! Molto ma molto delusa

18/04/2025: My name is Luigi, I am 11 years old and I am on holiday in Piedmont, last night I was there and the first thing I saw on the table were the cutlery that looked like gold, very beautiful, easy and comfortable to use, then regarding the food I had taken the mozzarella which was very soft and creamy, the raw ham very good, but above all without a very high quantity of salt, and then regarding the pizza I had taken the bufalina, in which first of all I had eaten the morsels with the sauce together, B-U-O-N-I-S-S-I-M-I and then normally the pizza, which is also excellent. The moral? I would only spend my evenings there.

The chiacchiere served with a raw ham of terrible appearance even if the flavor was good.

It is a typical restaurant of the area where it offers different solutions: from the fixed menu (3 of which one fish, one typical Piedmontese and one vegetarian) to the à la carte menu. The frisella decomposed with mussels and the grissinopoli cooked in a really crispy way are very good. Young, sociable and very prepared staff. Recommended place for a nice dinner in the San Salvario area.

14/06/2025: Restaurant suitable for any diet, with vegan and gluten-free options. From our experience some very good dishes, innovative and well studied between flavors and consistencies, while the "standard" ones are a bit monotonous. Also interesting is the wine selection.
