03/01/2025: What a pleasant discovery! We happened upon it by chance and we hadn't booked... 8pm... a very kind person gives us an hour for a table because it's booked... I willingly accept and... I do very well!!! Excellent and efficient service... everything was excellent, from the particular bread to the starter and to a splendid pork fillet, cooked at low temperature and very tender, tasty with the side dishes. A glass of wine by the glass, not bad. I didn't delve into the desserts which weren't to my taste. The wine list is beautiful. For the bill of around 35 euros, it was more than acceptable for the quality of the food and the service. Great place for dinner... I recommend trying it.

23/12/2024: It was a unique culinary experience, where you eat very particular things and well-executed dishes. We tried special dishes. Chef Angelo is truly a character in love with his work, congratulations! 👏🏼 Highly recommended also thanks to the more than honest prompt delivery and excellent quality products. The restaurateur is also very attentive to people who adopt a vegan diet (for example preparing plant-based ricotta or totally vegetable dishes). Among the dishes we tried were a polenta cake with a yolk heart, a blueberry tart, a lard appetizer, pasta with sausage-pork-beef ragù... Let it be clear that the formula is "you eat what the convent can buy" and that the restaurant is really small... Absolutely worth trying! 😁 We would happily return

26/12/2024: Very nice place just outside the center but a stone's throw from the Mole. Very attentive and friendly service, discreet and present at all times that require attention. The food...a marvel. Freshness, care in the creation and also in the presentation. Truly a nice discovery. If you pass through Turin, it is worth a visit.
