Fantastic old original appartment in a large city mansion. Co-working space with a grand atmosphere. Working and chilling for hours in a relaxed vibe, like falling back in time. Food is good, good wine list. Restaurant had a canteen atmosphere. Absolutely recommended for socializing and co-working

The restaurant is very nice and worth visiting. They have two halal dishes, according to the waiter, which is Rossini and pasta with beans. Personally, the meat is very delicious, as is the pasta. It's worth visiting more than once. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is quiet.

A wonderful surprise.
The place has a rare charm: historic rooms, portraits on the walls, white tablecloths, red chairs, and that antique atmosphere that truly makes you feel like you're in another time.
But the best thing is that it doesn't just thrive on the setting.
The cuisine is meticulous, concrete, and precise. Dishes are well-crafted, without unnecessary exaggeration, with an elegant yet understandable touch. You eat well and feel good.
Excellent service: attentive, professional, and never intrusive.
And then there's the value for money, which in my opinion is the real highlight. Because in a place like this, you easily expect a hefty bill, but instead you leave with the rare feeling of having eaten well, in a beautiful place, for a fair price.
Gravner at the table, a timeless atmosphere, and a truly successful dinner.
We'll return.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about how to write this review. I even glanced at the others before writing mine, seeing how much the owner cares and responds to the various comments. So, let's start with the place: it's considered one of the city's most historic establishments, housed in a magnificent building. The interiors retain that traditional feel, thanks also to the paintings hanging on the walls. It almost feels like a journey back in time, especially in the main dining room.
We were left with a few more concerns about the service. While I appreciate the attempt at a warm welcome, it doesn't really make itself felt. I struggle to explain it, but there's a certain pretentiousness, the kind of atmosphere that risks making guests feel a little intimidated, for no real reason. As soon as we were seated, I politely declined the welcome alcoholic beverage, but my refusal was mistakenly extended to both of us. The result? They took my glass away from me, while my companion, who hadn't yet received it, was joked about not having it, but without asking if she actually wanted it. Leaving aside this small gaffe, I think that, given the cover charge, the bread basket could have been presented more carefully: the slices served like this clash a bit with the elegance of the rest of the service. It doesn't highlight the bread, which is homemade on site.
Another important point: if the staff exchanges comments about other diners (which can happen, but should never be overheard), I strongly recommend doing so out of earshot of the guests. Hearing unpleasant comments at the next table inevitably creates embarrassment and raises the suspicion that the same thing could happen to anyone.
But let's talk about the most important part: the food. We liked the menu, which was sufficiently varied with meat, fish, and vegetarian options. I loved the gnocchi, and the rabbit ragù was very good, although the consistency of the sauce was a bit too thin for my taste. My companion had the red mullet ravioli; I tried one and it was really good. I then moved on to the glazed duck breast, which was excellent, although I wasn't sure if the cold rhubarb was a deliberate contrast or not. My companion's turbot fillet was also good, but the choice of a shallow dish made it less aesthetically appealing, making the ingredients seem a bit "piled up." The desserts were also excellent, unique, and well-thought-out.
One small flaw, however, was the water management: what's the point of opening the bottle and carefully serving it at the beginning if, when it runs out (and it's clearly noticeable in the dining room), they don't offer another?
However, after dessert, we were treated to a little treat: a green apple crème brûlée, which was also excellent. We finished the dinner with a decaf coffee.
Final bill: €130. Value for money? I think some dishes are slightly overpriced, but considering the quality of the ingredients and the thought behind them, the price is ultimately in line with other restaurants in the same price range.

When you enter this restaurant, you leave all your worries behind. There's a reason I consider it my all-time favorite. I've been coming here for four years, and it's the ideal destination for those who want to be transported by fantasy. You feel like a child again, and time slows down. Each dish is carefully conceived and crafted. The flavors are harmonious and perfectly balanced. From appetizer to dessert, you feel like you're living in a movie. The staff knows how to make you feel like you're in your own living room. Creating such a magical atmosphere is an art. Anyone who visits Turin without stopping here doesn't know what they're missing.
