Don't expect low prices; after all, QUALITY costs money and it shows.
Very friendly sales assistants.
Finally a receipt: "exemplary"; all the items are clear, prices per kilo are accurate, and so far they haven't made any mistakes (and that's an added bonus). Everything is very transparent and clear.
The prices on the scales are very visible... finally!!! One of the very few bakeries.
The machine for inserting banknotes and receiving change is much appreciated.
Well done to all the staff.

Excellent food at a fair price, beautifully presented and flavorful!
19 Hong Shao: Very tender meat and a well-balanced broth. To spice it up, you can add chili pepper to your liking, or soy sauce for a more savory touch.
15 Zin Ran Yang: A truly delicious burst of flavor. You'll devour the dish without even realizing it. You'll have to decide how spicy it is when you order it.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and very welcoming, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a relaxed evening.
The burgers were exceptional: top-quality meat, fresh ingredients, and truly well-balanced flavors. The fries were also crispy and tasty, while the desserts rounded off the meal perfectly. You can tell there's passion and attention to every detail.
Fast service, generous portions, and excellent value. Definitely one of the best places to eat a burger. I'll gladly return and recommend it to everyone!

06/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance while riding our motorcycle through the mountains of the beautiful Susa Valley. The place is simple but welcoming, and the food is excellent and high-quality, typical Piedmontese cuisine that I love. The staff is helpful, fast, and friendly.
I highly recommend it...the place and bathrooms are clean.
A recommended stop for bikers and those who love trekking.
In addition to their food, they also make sandwiches and mixed platters. The cured meats and cheeses, which you can purchase at the deli counter, are also excellent.

We opted for the tasting menu for €35 (drinks not included). The Piedmontese appetizer was excellent, and the gnocchi alla toma were delicious.
The stuffed peaches for dessert were fantastic.
Recommended for those visiting the nearby village.

04/05/2026: Perfect location and tons of piadinas. But given the vastness of the place, I would have expected the vegan piadinas to be more than just the ones with vegetables. I had that one anyway, and it was good, with spelt dough. My friends were all satisfied with their piadinas. If I could offer a suggestion, offer a few more vegan options with protein, such as soy strips, sliced vegan cheeses and vegan cold cuts, vegan kebabs... There are so many options (Coop, Garden Gourmet, Unconventional, etc.). If in 2026 a vegan eats only vegetables when others have something like 50 piadinas to choose from, I think we've fallen a bit behind. There was seating, and the girls were quick to clear the tables.
