12/07/2026: The experience was very interesting. The guys showed passion and phenomenal technique. What was very interesting about the "Confine" tasting menu is its interplay of sweet and savory dishes, where the dessert and main course blend in such a way that they create synergies you'd be hard-pressed to believe. Let's say the only criticisms, though not unkind ones, were the slight inconsistency between the tagliolini and the duck and lamb with lobster. Perhaps it was meant to give the meal more substance, making it more filling and protein-rich, but in the case of the tagliolini, perhaps it served to evoke a memory of Mandura's Legacy, while the latter two's "sweet" role more than offset the wine. But that said, all the dishes are completely valid in their own right. There. Another note and a huge plus. For those who choose the tasting menu with a non-alcoholic option. Don't expect them to pull back. They also go heavy-handed with wines where, through processing, they manage to extract the alcohol while still retaining the personality of their original counterparts. 04/05/2026: The place is beautiful and well-decorated. It's modern in style with dark walls and soft lighting. Personally, I would have preferred warmer colors. The service is good. The food is excellent, as is the plating, but THEY ARE just small bites. For the price, the portions are very modest. Even though the quality is excellent, I think the price is high and unjustified. I forgot: everything is presented to a high standard, and they serve micro-filtered water. Oh no, if we want to be high-class, we need to offer bottled water.

24/04/2026: It was an experience bordering on perfection. Guarini is a truly wonderful place, run by people who truly love what they do. The food is nothing short of delicious, prepared with fantastic ingredients and the utmost care and attention. Of course, all this comes at a cost, but don't worry; it's expensive, but not overpriced or outrageous. Every bite is worth the price. I have no doubt I'll return as soon as I have the chance!

21/06/2026: The dishes were sophisticated, very tasty, and well-executed. We tried practically the entire menu, and everything was delicious. The homemade cheeses were very interesting, including tempeh and carrot cheesecake, which are definitely worth trying! We'll definitely be back!

13/06/2026: I've been a loyal customer for a long time. I love the food, which is both refined and simple, the intimate atmosphere, and the staff. Khaled, the owner, is very kind and welcoming. The "non-" cheeses are delicious, and you can also buy them to take away. The desserts are superb; I especially love the tiramisu and Sacher Torte. I definitely recommend it.

17/08/2025: We ate with another couple of friends, enjoying a dinner we had purchased during a promotion. As soon as we arrived, we were told, "Tonight you just have to sit down, choose, eat well, and have fun," and so it was. We chose everything included in the promotion, from the same menu and in the same quantities as the other tables. There were no unpleasant surprises as often happens in other places with various promotions. The food was wonderful, and everything was impeccable, from the service to the friendliness. Choose this place for a dinner that's different from the usual. I don't usually review places, but this was a truly unique experience. The entire staff deserves top praise. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening. We will definitely be returning.

14/08/2025: A restaurant that captivates from the first course to the last! The seafood charcuterie board is a real discovery: tasty, refined, and unlike anything I've tried elsewhere. Everything else on the menu is top-notch, with incredibly fresh fish and meticulous presentation. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

We tried the whole wheat dough because the classic one wasn't available due to production issues. The only downside is the service: clumsy, slow, and hasty.

06/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance while riding our motorcycle through the mountains of the beautiful Susa Valley. The place is simple but welcoming, and the food is excellent and high-quality, typical Piedmontese cuisine that I love. The staff is helpful, fast, and friendly. I highly recommend it...the place and bathrooms are clean. A recommended stop for bikers and those who love trekking. In addition to their food, they also make sandwiches and mixed platters. The cured meats and cheeses, which you can purchase at the deli counter, are also excellent.
