30/08/2025: Despite being open for many years, I went there for the first time last night and had a very positive experience. The dishes were unique, excellent, and meticulously prepared, the service impeccable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the prices fair. I'll definitely return and recommend it.

04/07/2025: A must-see when I'm in the area. True, quality Piedmontese cuisine, unfortunately little known and the Piedmontese do very little to promote it, but here it's all a feast of flavors. The fresh pasta is also excellent and I say this as a DOC Emilian but it must be recognized that they are good. Very kind and friendly staff

25/05/2025: Simply amazing pizza, every time we are in the area lunch or dinner at Pizzificio Saraceno is a must. In addition to classic pizzas, the menu also offers gourmet pizzas. The service is informal, the lady is very nice and helpful. The place is nice, redone about 5 years ago since they opened. Highly recommended

07/08/2025: July 14, 2025 - Monday (4 of us) The 'Bivacco Matematico', recommended to us by the managers of the Usseglio Museum, was a delightful surprise. The young owner offered a fantastic and warm welcome, attentively and enthusiastically serving us: the trios, each of us choosing our own, were delicious. The bread, wine, and homemade 'brutti ma buoni' desserts, which we were able to purchase from their deli, were excellent. They were available to make our day an unforgettable memory, and the price was very fair. Unmissable. We'd love to return! Before heading to Malciaussia, we highly recommend stopping at the 'Bivacco Matematico'! A restaurant run with passion and originality. THANK YOU!

12/09/2025: The atmosphere is lovely, the place is quiet, and you can easily converse without having to raise your voice. The service is prompt. We tried the vegan set menu and the typical drinks. At the end of the meal, they serve mixed sweets with aromatic seeds (perhaps cardamom...), delicious and a great digestive.

15/07/2025: Very good food, a very simple trattoria, almost a bar, but excellent Piedmontese appetizers, polenta, stew, and homemade tart. Reasonable prices in a simple atmosphere, everyone very friendly.

14/06/2025: A dinner with a bang! Let's start with the view of the enchanting Reggia for dinner, highly recommended in the summer to book a table outside (but I recommend booking in advance). The service was attentive and perfect in every way. The kind and welcoming waiters managed to explain all the dishes on the menu perfectly. And how can we not mention the food: from the appetizer to the dessert, all the dishes we tried were sublime. Characterized by unexpected and delicious combinations, which respect the Piedmontese tradition, but giving that extra touch!

13/06/2025: Excellent dish quality. Incredible service, the guys who work in this restaurant are very competent and prepared. The chef has a lot of experience and it shows in the dishes he offers. Highly recommended!

03/09/2025: Low rating due to the receptionist's poor behavior. I called to reserve a table and asked what time the restaurant closed, as the website lists it as 10:30 PM every day. The receptionist (I can't provide more information than this as she didn't show up) quickly told me that the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM and that the restaurant is open until midnight, but that if we intended to stay until 10:30 PM, she would have to move my reservation up by at least half an hour, otherwise we would have occupied the table for too long. I tried to imply that since it was a leisurely dinner, there was the option of staying until that time or even finishing earlier, but I couldn't give her that information in advance. I then asked if there were rotas for the tables, which was why she thought 10:30 PM was too late. She was very rude, didn't answer my question, and ended the call by saying, "So, what name should I call for reservations, and give me your phone number." Crazy! Definitely not suited to dealing with customers. I recommend paying more attention to selecting those in this position.

30/08/2025: I really liked the concept with the large potatoes, it's a change from what you usually find in Italy. Fast service and a pleasant waitress who spoke French! Too bad all the desserts weren't available for a Friday lunchtime.
