We had lunch and had a great time. The food was good, with excellent meat. The location was scenic, overlooking the Sacra di San Michele.

Restaurant and hostel in a historic building right near one of the paths leading to the Sacra di San Michele. Modern decor in a very fitting historical setting. For starters, a Fassona steak with celery and turnip jam, a few drops of Gorgonzola, everything was perfectly balanced, I could taste all the flavors. For the main course, the pork belly with pea and mint puree was truly delicious. A glass of Alba Barbera accompanied the lunch, which ended with a delicious hazelnut tatin with grappa zabaglione. Four varieties of homemade bread were excellent, and the welcome bite was also remarkable. Excellent service, highly recommended. Parking is available in the square or nearby; there is no parking in front of the restaurant.

We had a Easter lunch at l’Om’d Fer . We ended up having a 5 course meal that we will remember for ever . Everything front he entrees with delicate eggs , the tartare , the risotto with agnello and the porc fillet and then to finish with a spectacular fondant cholocat. The wines recommended by the staff matched exceptionally well with the food : a local bulles Rosé and a red wine Barbera . Finally, we need to mention the kind staff who walked us through the good and wine step by step . And one more thing , the view from their outdoor balcony is breathtaking. We will definitely be back for more .

Excellent restaurant with refined, high-quality dishes. The location is superb, very scenic even in the evening. The attentive and attentive service is excellent. Prices are fair for the quality of the venue.

Truly excellent restaurant, delicious, beautifully presented dishes. Portions are generous and the price is fair. The restaurant has been expertly renovated with great taste. Just be careful not to drive right up to the restaurant; there's no parking and it's difficult to get back. There's a parking lot just below.

A modern restaurant housed in the ancient 11th-century abbey castle of Sant'Ambrogio, commissioned by Barbarossa, respecting the ancient walls. The setting is truly evocative, and the dishes are truly tasty and beautiful to look at. Tradition and innovation combine flavors. The artichoke with mortadella mousse and the toma cheese ravioli are truly delicious. The risotto with creamed pumpkin, prawns, and cocoa crumble is fantastic, as is the Fassona beef medallion. The desserts are fabulous, especially the creamy Moscato zabaglione. The prices are more than in line with the quality and the dishes. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

For our wedding lunch, we entrusted Francesco and Lucia with the planning, and it was a wonderful experience. Helpful, kind, and incredibly professional, they turned our vision into reality. The dishes were impeccable, both visually and tastefully. We and our guests were thrilled. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: Whenever we can, we always head up the Lanzo Valleys, heading for Chialamberto. But by chance, due to a traffic diversion, we passed through Pessinetto Fuori... and suddenly, a little gem appears in the Piazzetta. A delicious breakfast in a quaint and well-kept setting. Much better than some breakfasts enjoyed under the Colosseum. Top!
26/04/2026: I recommend both the bed and breakfast and the dinner! The owners are very kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the dinner is delicious and local!

02/05/2026: A fried poached egg, served on a bed of green peas and with a corn salad: the egg was delicious, crispy on the outside, and the yolk was runny. Unfortunately, the rosemary described in the menu wasn't noticeable. The vitello tonnato – well-cooked veal. A tasty tuna sauce. The Fasana beef entrecote – medium rare. Delicious. Served with baked potatoes, which were also excellent. The breaded, fried guinea fowl breast was served on a bed of caramelized onions with fresh sweet and sour cabbage. The breast was dry, failing to bring out the guinea fowl flavor. The cabbage lacked creaminess. The thyme described in the menu was imperceptible. Overall, the food was good, but I expected something more, especially since it's not a budget restaurant and has a Michelin designation. Fast, efficient service. Well-chosen wine.
