to do difficult things well, you need to know how to do simple things perfectly... they know how to do it! the restaurant is welcoming, the service is courteous, the dishes are excellent, but above all they are real! Come here, try as many dishes as your stomach can handle and above all... have fun! making tradition is more difficult than making innovation and TRATTORIA knows how to do it! An excellent experience. The place is delicious. Very well furnished, welcoming, familiar, yet elegant. The top service, staff, very, very kind and always smiling. The food, most importantly, delicious. Finally new recipes, well cooked. We tried everything and everything was delicious. Finally, the price is more than fair for all of the above. We had a great time. We recommend it.

Very nice place. Refined interiors, nothing is left to chance. Large garden for having lunch outside. But these are details compared to the high quality of the food and the availability and courtesy of the customers. Fabulous lunch.

Alla fine di una settimana di sciate nella vicina Sansicario, abbiamo provato questo locale nella Frazione di Bousson, a 3 Km da Cesana, consigliato dalla Maestra Francesca Veramente bella e accogliente la struttura con bagni ordinati. Attentissime alle nostre richieste, sia di informazioni sui piatti, che di modifiche (hanno preparato due versioni differenti dei loro ravioli di zucca: senza burro per me e senza amaretti/nocciole per nostra figlia). Veramente ottimi i primi (oltre ai ravioli, strepitoso risotto ai mirtilli!), la polenta concia e la polenta col cervo, il Ruchè (in mezzo formato, brave!), i dolci, il passito Dus Dus. E ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo nel conto! Torneremo in altra stagione per farci coccolare, ne siamo sicuri, nel dehor!

Ci siamo andati a pranzo di sabato e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Location molto bella caratteristica, cucina molto buona curata è servita con molta professionalità. Tutti gentili e ospitali

Enchanting restaurant in the heart of the Busson hamlet, surrounded by greenery, polite, professional and smiling staff, excellent traditional Piedmontese/mountain menu, price commensurate with the quality. I will return as soon as possible.

12/03/2024: Excellent experience although I don't think it's worth the 5 stars. The motivation lies in some small attentions that I expect from a starred restaurant. The appetizer of one of my companions was difficult to eat because it consisted of a set of turnip greens that could not be eaten in a single bite and the cutlery available was a fork and spoon. Furthermore, when opening a second wine, different from the first, the glasses were not changed even for those who had not finished the first wine. To conclude, we all had the feeling that some dishes were very good and others a little less. When I choose an experience of this type I expect that all the dishes offered are unquestionable. The definitely positive note are the desserts, the starter and dessert entrees and the beautiful location.
