There's no table service, but everything you need is there to make you feel comfortable. Suitable for a simple meal or a relaxing evening. Excellent value! But the real surprise—and I say this without exaggerating—was the yeast-free pizza made using the hydrolysis method: something exceptional. Extremely light, easy to digest, yet incredibly tasty, rich in flavor, perfectly crunchy, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the study, care, and passion behind it. I really enjoyed it! A beautiful, casual place to eat healthy without breaking the bank. Various menu options, soups, and pizzas are available. Service is self-service, so you can have fun creating your own dish: everything is fresh and visible. Lots of vegetables, legumes, and grains, as well as quiches, omelettes, desserts, and fresh fruit. Bread and focaccia are included, and there's no cover charge. You fill your tray with what you want, pay, and sit down. At the end of your meal, you return your tray and dispose of any waste in the designated bins. The interior is very charming, with two dining rooms and a lovely outdoor area, a great plus in the warmer months. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including snacks and aperitifs. The staff is friendly and helpful.

After so much pasta, I needed vegetables. This place did not disappoint! Delicious torta varieties (like quiche) and a salad bar. Everything was delicious and well priced!

A chilled-out place, simple but perfect for a lunch break or dinner. Their soups are delicious and healthy; I've tried two or three different ones and they've always been satisfying. Pair your main course with a dessert (like their homemade cakes or cheesecakes) and you'll be satisfied for €12, including water, bread, and coffee! Even though it's crowded during busy hours, they manage to serve you quickly and the dishes are prepared promptly. The girl behind the counter is super friendly and kind; I really appreciated the service. I'll definitely be back!
