The recent renovation has significantly improved the acoustics of the room, making the environment silent and relaxing despite the large size of the room. Highly recommended!

Lorenzo and Alessandro stand out for their hospitality, availability and courtesy. In the summer there is a swimming pool and the pizza is reportedly excellent. Congratulations 😍❤️

26/01/2025: Andati in compagnia di una collega di Torino abbiamo trovato un’ottima trattoria nella tradizione piemontese ma con un tocco di fantasia nella rivisitazione dei piatti. Ottimo il menù degustazione che permette di assaggiare i vari piatti con portate contenute ed arrivare a fine cena sazi e soddisfatti. Da segnalare nei secondi sia il brasato che il vitello tonnato serviti da personale professionale e gentile. Prezzi nella media. Prenotazione obbligatoria almeno alla sera. Molto consigliato.

10/01/2025: Excellent pizzeria, we had pizza but it is also an excellent restaurant, while we were eating we looked at other dishes. Perfect service, fast, friendly and courteous. We'll be back soon. I often travel around different cities for my work in theaters and I often eat in clubs and I put this in the top 5. Good job

05/01/2025: Italian restaurant offering LAND and SEA menus and excellent brick PIZZAS. The environment is pleasantly furnished, between rustic and modern, you feel at ease inside. The quality-price ratio is excellent: The dishes are overflowing and beautifully presented, not to mention the genuine and fresh taste. The staff is courteous and attentive to customer needs: the owner couple who run the restaurant are very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend the seafood menu, try the spaghetti with seafood and the salmon risotto... a delicacy! Perfect for a couple's dinner, but I recommend booking in advance.

29/12/2024: Found by chance on Google Maps, they welcomed us at the last minute, luckily! The coat storage service is nice, something that has never happened to me before in other restaurants of this scale. Starting with a "Passage to Piedmont" divided into two (Fassona tartare and top artichoke pie, like the tuna sauce), we were accompanied throughout the dinner by a mix of breadsticks, focaccia and slices of homemade bread (the truly special breadsticks ). Moving on to the second course we ordered croaker with escarole, Taggiasca olives and raisins and a slice of tuna, a dish not on the menu. The tuna was good but normal (I haven't tried anything better in other parts of Italy), the croaker was really very good and you can feel the freshness of the fish. Apple tart tarin with a ball of cream ice cream to finish, I would say good (I had never eaten it before). Two Alta Langa bubbles were recommended to season the evening: really very good and we aren't even lovers of whites, especially bubbles. The fixed price menu formula is interesting. At the time of the bill, a pleasant chat with the owner, witty and friendly. We will return if we have the chance!

From the moment you enter, you are welcomed into an elegant and refined environment, with an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, young and full of enthusiasm, helped make the evening special with impeccable service and attention to detail. The cuisine is surprising: each dish is a work of art, full of complex and balanced flavours. The chef's passion and creativity is evident. Unforgettable has a very particular format, welcoming a maximum of eight people at a time, which makes the experience even more exclusive. It is important to book in advance, but it is absolutely worth it. The cost, over 100 euros per person, reflects the high quality and attention to every aspect of the culinary experience. If you are looking for a special and out of the ordinary evening, Unforgettable is a perfect choice. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable gastronomic journey!

08/01/2025: Diego and his collaborators are a guarantee of quality and courtesy... The tartare with a very fresh quail egg in the center is very fresh and balanced. The Galettes they offer are always delicious and with top quality products... it has now become a real point of reference.
