08/10/2025: After traveling across much of Italy in search of the best carbonara in the country, I think I've found it. The value for money is spectacular. And the service is even better. Manuel, who speaks Spanish, is a delight and made our dinner a very special moment.
05/10/2025: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but despite having a 9:00 PM reservation, we waited outside for half an hour because all the tables were occupied.
Once seated, we were able to start our dinner at 10:10 PM, an hour and 10 minutes after our reservation.
Reservations need to be managed better because people don't want to go out for dinner and wait over an hour for their food!!!

27/01/2026: We decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant on our way back from a trip to Prato Nevoso. The restaurant is very large, with multiple rooms and a casual atmosphere. There's a set menu that includes a variety of appetizers, among which I particularly enjoyed the bagna cauda, fried tomini, and Alba cheese. Two hearty first courses, the gnocchi alle rose (gnocchi with rose petals) being a specialty. For our main course, we chose carne alla losa (meat cooked on a stone at about 300°F) and cooked to our liking. Dessert and coffee were included. The waiters were very kind and helpful. We spent about €40 each, but we were able to take any leftovers home. It's worth the stop.
19/01/2026: An hour from Turin, this place offers a good Sunday menu for €38, with 4/5 appetizers, 2 first courses, a choice of second courses, a delicious polenta concia, and a selection of desserts. They come back several times to reorder the dishes. The staff are always kind and smiling, and dogs are very welcome.

From the first time we went to the shop to "see" the bike, to the purchase, to the delivery to our home by an employee who was super helpful and explained everything to us in every detail!

31/01/2026: Actually one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Octopus carpaccio was tender and faultless, wild boar ragu with herby hints and a generous glug of olive oil and a rare filet steak that was like butter under a Gorgonzola sauce. My wife and I will remember this meal. Grazi!

The lady, her husband, and all the staff were very kind and professional. The prices were fair. We've never spent more than €40, and I assure you, it's delicious. Thanks to the lady for finding us a spot for lunch today.

15/01/2026: It's so nice to be able to recommend such a special place. It's a restaurant, but also a delicatessen. You can have an exquisite pasta lunch with an amazing wine, try the most delicious tiramisu, and even take home a bottle of truffle-infused olive oil. Just like that.
But the best thing about it all is the atmosphere. The person who greeted us was incredibly kind, the place is very intimate, and you're surrounded by soft jazz, watching the chef enjoy cooking. Because that's what you see: someone who loves what they do, who talks to themselves while they cook, who savors every step. And it shows.
31/12/2025: Lunch on December 31st with my girlfriend and another friend. We had excellent veal with tuna sauce and agnolotti with roast beef sauce, all washed down with a lovely Nebbiolo. Everything was truly excellent, from the service to the food to the hospitality. I can't wait to return.
