05/04/2026: In a rural setting, among sheep, goats, and rabbits, aimed at a simple clientele with no needs... it's a shame that Easter lunch is worse than a hospital cafeteria. The food quality is terrible, and the wine is shameful, worse than a tavern... in Piedmont, truly absurd. They're robbing €33/person in a very noisy makeshift warehouse (highly speculative) where the voices of the impolite guests mix with the voices of folk singers in an absurd fusion and noise of a high level... all deafening! Children of all ages are used as improvised waiters without respecting certain safety regulations. As long as nothing happens... my response: for goodness sake... I wouldn't go back even if they paid me. Maybe for some ice cream or cheeses, which, they say, are superlative.

02/03/2026: If you're looking for some peace and quiet not too far from Turin and surrounded by nature... go to the agrigelateria. Not just ice cream, but also platters of cured meats and cold cuts. And for those who enjoy walking, I recommend the walk along the banks of the Stura River. A breath of fresh air, tranquility, and good food... ...just a stone's throw from Turin. Be careful, we were there in February...

05/03/2026: Discovered by chance during a short business trip to Collegno. We went for dinner, and the atmosphere and background music immediately won me over. What can I say? 5 stars, fully deserved. The risotto was simply perfect, the meat was amazing, the desserts were incredible... I'll definitely be back!!

22/02/2026: We discovered Ristorante La Mimosa thanks to a couple of friends who have been frequenting the restaurant for a long time and were particularly keen to take us there. We were three couples, our first experience at this restaurant... and we can confidently say it won't be our last! The evening was simply perfect. Besides the delicious food, we were welcomed and looked after with impeccable service: attentive, professional, and always smiling, making us feel at ease throughout the dinner. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and is evident in every dish: excellent ingredients, impeccably and surprisingly prepared, with thoughtful and never boring pairings. A delightful discovery was the chef's entrée, a start that immediately raised our expectations; expectations were fully confirmed as the evening progressed. And how could we not mention the wonderful dessert platter that accompanied our desserts? A truly superb finishing touch that made the moment even more special. A dinner with friends that transformed into a high-level gastronomic experience. My compliments to the entire staff: we will definitely be back!

The owner conveys her passion and love for her restaurant to her customers. The food is excellent, made with excellent, high-quality ingredients. The price was fair for the quality and value; we felt truly pampered. We'll definitely be back!
