The roast was the true star of the evening: tender, juicy, and rich in flavor, prepared with a mastery that demonstrates the attention to quality ingredients and perfect cooking. A dish worth the visit alone. To finish on a sweet note, the bunet: creamy, balanced, with just the right contrast between cocoa and amaretti biscuits. A great Piedmontese classic, impeccably interpreted. A place I recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and refined experience of Piedmontese cuisine in Turin.

The lady behind the counter was very kind. The price was reasonable. I'll be back for more celebrations.

I've been wanting to go there for a while now because it was recommended. It's packed, even at the end of the season, which speaks highly of their products. (One detail that I didn't find insignificant is the hilarious parrot upstairs, who accompanies all the guests with his lively chatter.)

21/08/2025: Simply an exceptional experience. Francesco welcomed us to Rantan and made us feel at home. We shared a table with other guests (maximum 12 people), the menu changes based on the seasonality of the products used, interesting dishes, and bread with epic butter! Absolutely my favorite place in the valley!
