I booked one of the packages found on the castle's website and I was very satisfied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Splendid location, very well looked after, large typical rooms, quiet and comfortable. "Surprise" dinner with attention to detail, tasty, with 4 courses of the right quantity to end the dinner without feeling weighed down and good wine. Good breakfast The guided tour of the castle to discover all its parts is very interesting. I recommend it you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful experience, exceptional and well-preserved structure. Very large rooms, beautiful and in style with the rest of the manor. Free parking on site. High level service, with very courteous and always available staff. We tried the pizzeria, they make excellent pizzas, they have quality desserts. The tour of the castle with the description of the anecdotes is an unmissable plus. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!!

The stay at the Castello di Pavone was a very interesting experience for the history that can be felt in this place and for the beauty of the place, I took part in the guided tour of the castle and the very knowledgeable, engaging and at times "folkloric" guide guided us immersed in history, telling us facts, legends, anecdotes and explaining how the various rooms of the castle were used in the past. Dinner not exceptional but worth it given the beauty of the various rooms and the kindness of the staff, large and charming room with a splendid view of the castle walls, one of the towers and the valley surrounded by snow-capped mountains, the only flaw is a little cold (I stayed in February). Good breakfast, followed by a visit to the garden and the small church inside the walls.

A magical place where you can breathe "history and adventure". We slept and had a great dinner here on February 17, 2024… The guided tour of the castle conducted by the owner Antonio Giodice is a "unique" piece and ABSOLUTELY not to be missed. It should be noted that both the overnight stay and dinner have a cost that, in our opinion, is decidedly controlled, the result of the owner's philosophy who does not seek maximum profit but loves beauty and shares it with those who stay here.

We reserved a table at the restaurant for our dinner. We were so impressed with the castle, from the entrance to the table. We were just sorry we didn’t have with us a suitable outfit 😅. The service was very professional and the food was very very good. The only thing that I would change, it’s the timing between dishes (I think it’s a bit too long). Keep in mind that the prices are in the high range but it deserves every penny.

Castle that certainly appears clearly visible from afar and impressive up close. The entrance has the feel of a fortress (you have to ring and the inlaid door opens electronically). Entered through a small gallery, the setting is truly evocative, the welcome from the waiters is very professional, they make you feel truly pampered. The rooms are historic and well kept. Menu courses with typical products but also well prepared with interesting flavor combinations. Pumpkin speck gnocchi and apple compote were too sweet in my opinion, but the larded monkfish was really tasty. Price absolutely adequate for the service offered. For a special occasion it's really worth it. Possibility also of pizzeria service.

A Mr. Castello looked after the staff who welcomed us very well and was attentive and very kind. The restaurant inside has rooms that leave you speechless, it really feels like being in the past, excellent food and attention to detail, here too friendly, kind and attentive staff. The beautiful rooms with paintings and furniture from times gone by, environment with attention to detail details and very clean. In the morning a rich and abundant breakfast with very kind staff, guided tour of the castle with the friendly and kind owner where he showed us wonderful rooms and told us the history of the castle 🔝🔝. Thank you so much we had a great time, we will be back definitely, among other things it's not expensive at all I recommend it 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

La mia recensione riguarda solo la pizzeria in quanto il ristorante non l’ho ancora provato. Luogo fiabesco all’Interno di un antichissimo castello che ti fa entrare in una Ipotetica macchina del tempo e ti scaraventa nel medio evo. Armature, quadri antichi. Tavoli ben apparecchiati. Facile da raggiungere grazie alle innumerevoli indicazioni. Pizza non enorme con un colpo d’occhio da pizza da supermercato, ma in realtà non è così. Saporitissima anche se non iper condita, gustosa e leggera. Altina, ottimi i bordi ma non napoletana. Consiglio la Toscana con la salsiccia di cinghiale. Personale accogliente e molto alla mano. Prezzi assolutamente nella norma nonostante la location da favola.

Um lugar inesquecível, uma mesa linda, um sabor único e os garçons educadíssimos, mesmo que tivemos um atraso de quase 1 hora, não achávamos o restaurante, porém eles nos atenderam com gentileza e bom humor!!! Quero voltar e conhecer o hotel
