This is an Italian pasta restaurant that doesn't charge a seating fee; it feels a bit like a family-run place. ⏰We arrived around 7 PM on Tuesday and waited in line for half an hour. They close at 8 PM, so the owner came out early to say that about half the line wouldn't get a table and asked everyone to leave. Luckily, we were able to get a seat after waiting for half an hour. 💰One truffle carbonara, one amatriciana, and a bottle of water, totaling NT$1476 🍝The most popular dish at this restaurant is the truffle carbonara, €24 per serving. It was truly impressive when it arrived; the truffle was practically added on top of everything, so you could taste the truffle itself in every bite. The sliced ​​truffle had a refreshing flavor, unlike the heavy flavor of truffle sauce. The sliced ​​pieces added another layer of texture without overpowering the pork cheek, cheese, and egg and milk flavors. For the carbonara, I thought the best part was the air-dried pork cheek. It was definitely stir-fried first, bringing out the aroma of the fat. The salty and savory pork flavor combined with the aroma of the stir-fried fat was very appetizing and truly excellent. My impression of this dish was all in the ingredients. I wasn't particularly impressed with the sauce and pasta. 🍝Amatriciana It seems to be a classic flavor; basically, it's tomato-based with dried pork cheek and cheese. The pasta itself is served on a straw, which is actually quite cool—it's hollow, and you can suck up the sauce while sipping it, which is pretty cool (?). The tomato flavor is super strong, and the sour and savory taste is amazing! On this trip, I discovered that everything with an Italian tomato base is quite delicious.

The restaurant is elegant and well-maintained, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the moment without rushing. The location is one of its great strengths: a splendid view of Lake Nemi makes lunch even more evocative. The cuisine is unconventional, creative, and refined, with unique yet well-balanced dishes, all very tasty and meticulously presented. Overall, a pleasant lunch in every way, perfect for a special occasion or for treating yourself to something different. Highly recommended; I'll always be happy to return.

29/03/2026: Very fresh and well-cooked food. Interesting selections. Even the vegan options were very welcome, especially for dessert. My heartfelt compliments. The restaurant has a beautiful view of Lake Nemi, but unfortunately it was nighttime and we didn't fully appreciate it. The only thing that could be improved is the very aseptic decor, with shabby chic elements that I don't like and don't reflect the setting of the castles in which it is located.

15/03/2026: I went to La Strega Nocciola today. The gelato was good. I'm not giving it 5 stars because something is missing. For both the cone and the cup, you simply get scoops of gelato and nothing else.

08/04/2026: A cute little place near the Cipro stop. Local cuisine, well-prepared and reasonably priced. Our waitress was kind, cheerful, and very friendly. The carbonara we ordered was undercooked. We pointed it out, she confirmed it, and had it remade. 10 points for her service. At the end they bring you a "crostata" locally made that is absolutely delicious. The bathrooms needs some attention...but we noticed this is a usual problem in many restaurants....

From the first to the last dish, everything was simply excellent! The owner is very kind and hospitable, making you feel at home from the first moment. The place is wonderful and ideal for families. Our children loved the cave — a unique experience that made the evening even more special! Overall, an experience that is 100% worth it!
