09/05/2025: As a celiac, it's heaven for me, both in terms of food availability and quality! Plus super helpful and friendly staff, which isn't a given nowadays. Above all, the food was excellent, even with gluten, according to those who accompanied me. The bread, made by them, is super: they also sell it packaged and already cut!!

08/06/2025: An absolute insider tip. They cook from scratch here, offering truly hearty dishes, including the Tamburellas, a spicy stew topped with a pizza crust, which is highly recommended. Two twins run the place, and their mother cooks for them. Everything is freshly prepared – and they're done after 20 guests. That's how many they make per day. Those who manage to reserve a table can expect very personal service. The wine selection is very good value for money, despite its limited selection.

09/06/2025: Extremely tasty pizza with a thicker crust to a very fair price - especially considering the area around Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Also extremely good and friendly service by the cool guy behind the counter.

02/05/2025: The best thing is that the flavors have the exact flavor of what is written on them (pandoro, croissant, donut, there is something for all seasons). Even Nutella tastes like Nutella, not like all the other ice cream shops in Italy. A true signature ice cream shop.

However we were upset because we unfortunately tried to speak Italian to order but when we ordered the pistachio tuna, the server wrote down the wrong item and brought us the Onion Tuna dinner. When we said that we ordered the pistachio she refused to make us a new one and we had to pay for the tuna dish anyway. Maybe that's just how it goes in Italy but everything else came out fine

29/05/2025: Amidst all the tourist attractions and decorations that are Rome, it's a pleasure to discover a truly authentic place. It's a pleasure to eat here, as well as the service from the waiters and the owner, who are very friendly and pleasant. I wish we had stayed closer so we could have returned more often.

16/04/2025: I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.

04/06/2025: The experience is unforgettable; the food is delicious and affordable! The staff is super friendly and attentive, and one of them speaks Spanish, which makes everything easier. I definitely hope to eat there every day next time I travel to Rome and enjoy their meals.

So I asked for at least a beer but they didn't have it, so I had to dine with water. the oil with which the fennel salad was dressed was terrible. Music too loud which forces customers to raise the volume of their voices.

14/05/2025: Super cute place, with good music, excellent service and delicious food. Made extremely welcome by the friendly and helpful staff, with a great suggestion for a pizza. Pizza was delicious, and pistachio cheesecake was fantastic! No awkward feelings with our terrible attempts to speak Italian, and a lovely experience all around. Cherry on the top of the cake was being sent on our way by the lovely black cat, Etta. Thank you for having us!
