21/06/2025: Da dove iniziare a fare i complimenti......siamo in difficoltà. siamo stati accolti e coccolato in un'ambiente curato e familiare. Il padrone di casa, competente e discreto. Il servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo scelto tutti il menù di pesce, 5 portate veramente notevoli tra cui spiccano, a nostro parere, i ravioli ripieni di gamberi e il polpo rosticciato . Un capitolo a parte si apre con i dessert. Pasticceria curatissima e di alta qualità con sorpresina finale, che non vi svegliamo.

È stato piacevole pranzare seguendo le abitudini della Romania. Durante il pranzo il proprietario ci ha raccontato la sua storia , molto interessante. Abbiamo portato con noi un bel ricordo. Grazie.

12/06/2025: Una meraviglia scoperta tra i vicoli di Tivoli a pochissima distanza da Villa d'Este. Cucina buonissima e personale gentile disponibile e accogliente. Torneremo di sicuro.

07/06/2025: We didn't eat, we just fished. Beautiful and well-kept lake. Comfortable seats and fun fishing. The only shame is that the bar opens late and we had to wait a couple of hours for coffee. Go already "with breakfast"! Anyway, all good!

18/06/2025: A pleasant discovery. We chose the Omakase menu: 4 courses from appetizer to dessert chosen by the chef, some even off the menu. All good, but I found slightly bland flavors that did not impress me as I imagined. Given the policy of seasonality of ingredients, I will definitely try it again to try to add a star. Service could be improved, the guy in the dining room was prepared and kind, sometimes a little excited. Small and very welcoming place. Ideal for an intimate evening.

19/06/2025: We have a great future behind us!! A dive into the first republic. Sounds, smells, flavors of the best of Italy. The story of a great grandfather who embodied the Italian dream of a public position (first at the Quirinale as a cuirassier and then at the Bank of Italy), who was able to give dignity and well-being to an entire family for at least three generations. The cuisine is truly genuine, nourishing like that Italy was. Popular prices and friendliness!

18/05/2025: We have eaten at this pizzeria a couple of times and have always loved it. Typical Roman pizza, low and crispy, with various and excellent toppings. There is a large parking lot in front and it is not difficult to find a table. Excellent prices

22/06/2025: What can I say about Trattoria pizzeria Gran Paradiso, a small trattoria in a village near Tivoli, a nice, well-kept and clean environment, it has the entire internal room and also a nice, very spacious outdoor area that can be covered if necessary. Three of us go to lunch after booking, as soon as we arrive we are greeted by a very kind and smiling waiter, he accompanies us to the table for three and provides us with a small table nearby to put our things, so I can say good customer service. We see the menu which is very simple for a trattoria but well-stocked and varied, they immediately bring us water and we order. The first courses arrive, all very good, fresh pasta, the right seasoning and the right portion. The second courses are also very good, tasty arrosticini, well-cooked sausage. The baked potatoes are very good, they accompany the meal well. List of various homemade desserts described by the waiter, very good and tasty. During lunch we were always well looked after by the waiter even though the room was completely full. GREAT experience, we will definitely be back to try the pizzeria. I recommend a stop at this trattoria

17/06/2025: It was not a pleasant surprise. We ask for 4 fried foods and 4 pizzas. The first 2 fried foods arrive: Olives all'ascolana and supplì all on a single plate. Result: the mozzarella drips onto the olives. In fact, beyond the dripping, one should think that maybe the person who was supposed to eat the Olives didn't like mozzarella, or was intolerant. The fact is that it is not done. Let's move on: the waiter arrives and takes away the plates for the appetizers telling us that the pizzas were arriving. We point out to him that the other 2 fried foods are missing, namely the courgette flowers and tell him that it didn't matter and that we would eat the pizza. At this point, I think the owner, begins by saying that they would bring us the fried foods and the pizza right away because otherwise the latter would have gotten cold and that due to possible arrivals of groups, they would have delayed the arrival of the pizzas. small aside: you created the problem, I don't understand why, since I pay, I have to pay for it. However, we are accommodating and tell him that it's fine anyway. And here the best of the best is revealed. The famous pizzas that were arriving, arrive to the 2 people who had eaten the fried food, the other two, miraculously delay the exit and arrive together with the flowers. But the paradox arrives now: we take the two flowers, always on a single plate and they take away that single support. So the flower at 200 degrees in hand and not knowing where to put it, we place it on the pizza that, arrives cold to the point that the mozzarella was not stringing. One last thing always referring to the alleged owner: it is not polite to arrive at the table 5 times (counted) and interrupt the customers, just as it is not polite to take the word away from the boy who served us. It is not polite to use a very loud tone of voice, it is not polite to interrupt the customer's requests. It is not said that a rude tone is okay for all people. A positive note goes to the boy who served us: always with the utmost respect, never out of line. Lastly the food: I don't know why the pizza was dry and cold and the fried food was nothing special. With the utmost respect for your work, I don't think we'll see each other again. De gustibus non est disputandum

02/05/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo un po di tempo...ma è stata una cena al disotto delle aspettative. Risotto alla crema di Scampi...con riso scotto e dal sapore indefinito, tonnarelli all'astice con un condimento troppo saporito il quale copriva il già poco sapore dell'Astice.. Costo della cena troppo alto rispetto alla materia prima utilizzata. Servizio gradevole.
