We were quite a large group, yet from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuine smile, the kind that makes you understand that hospitality here isn't a formality, but a value. The restaurant is bright, with attention to detail but without being overbearing. Tastefully decorated. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. They even reserved a double room for us, with access both from the hotel and a separate entrance from the secure parking lot, as well as a private, exclusive mini garden, one for each room. It was a truly pleasant surprise. It felt like a small villa, but with all the comforts of a luxury hotel: top-notch service and hygiene, excellent restaurant service, a delicious and plentiful dinner, and a comprehensive international breakfast. Courtesy and top-notch staff are courteous. Highly recommended. If I'm in the Rome area again, I'll probably travel a little further, but I'll definitely come back!

I stopped for a bite to eat and found an authentic, welcoming place with truly authentic flavors. I tried a porchetta sandwich that was simply spectacular: flavorful, well-seasoned, tender, and delicious, served in a rich and satisfying bun. One of those simple yet well-made dishes that makes you want to return. To finish, a delicious chocolate pasticciotto: fragrant, indulgent, with a creamy filling, perfect for a sweet end to the meal. You can sense their passion for food and attention to customer service. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic flavors, generous portions, and a simple, pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely return!

The buffet was full of delicious things of all kinds, both savory and sweet. The first and second courses were delicious (compliments to the chef), and the cake (made by the owner's sister) was DELICIOUS. This place is beautiful.

29/05/2026: Last Sunday, we celebrated my daughter's First Communion here at Pelagus. We had a complete seafood menu, simply EXQUISITE. A little treat from the chef, before the cake, was his delight with small pastries and desserts... AMAZING... Thanks to Ivan, Fabrizio, and the entire staff. They were impeccable, always available, and patient, especially patient (we left very calmly). We'll definitely be back, as we have been for years. Thanks guys, BRAVI.

05/05/2026: There were 5 of us. We ordered 4 first courses and a second course with a side dish to go with the first courses. Point 1: They arrived more than an hour after the appetizer, and it was a Tuesday, so it was crowded. Point 2: The pasta dishes were overcooked, and point 3: They forgot to order the second course with a side dish. Nice place, but we won't be returning.
