This restaurant was just a stone's throw from our B&B. We stumbled upon it by chance, but I have to say we immediately fell in love with it... During a three-day stay, we ate there twice and had takeout once. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and the service was very fast. THE FOOD WAS ALL SPECTACULAR 🫶🏻

A wonderful evening with excellent, attentive service. The food was delicious – spaghetti carbonara, saltimbocca, and panna cotta. What more could you ask for? 🫶

Everything was excellent—the food, the service, the house wine, and the atmosphere of the street it’s located on. The spinach ravioli and the seafood tonnarelli were especially outstanding. The food was fine and service was efficient, but perhaps too much so. We had the feeling of being rushed, especially towards the end of the meal. I understand that with several people waiting outside there is a desire on the part of the personnel to move things along, but I'm not used to that sense of pressure in Italian restaurants. Reservations probably a good idea.

On our final evening in the Eternal City, we found ourselves reflecting on what an extraordinary week it had been. Rome truly lives up to its reputation—stunning architecture, warm and welcoming people, and food that consistently exceeds expectations. After days of memorable meals across the city, we decided to end our trip close to home, just around the corner from our Airbnb. A short walk brought us to Osteria Ragno d’Oro—and what a perfect finale it turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, the service was genuinely warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. The atmosphere felt authentically Roman: relaxed, lively, and full of character. The dishes were everything you hope for—honest, traditional, and full of flavor. Paired with excellent drinks and consistently attentive staff, the entire evening felt effortless and complete. This was not just another good meal—it was a fitting closing chapter to a fantastic stay in Rome. The kind of place that makes you want to come back, not just to the restaurant, but to the city itself. Rome, once again, you’ve set the standard.

This was our best meal in Rome and the best service! The pasta was so delicious. Carlo was a fantastic waiter and made the experience of dining here memorable.

A great place for delicious and hearty food. Great flavor, hot pasta. Excellent service! The place is just average, but the food is worth it and the prices are good too. Highly recommended!
