We were greeted with kindness and courtesy by the staff, who explained everything and served us what we asked for. The food was excellent and the prices were average. I highly recommend it.

07/12/2025: I went there recently, it was my first time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were very fast and knowledgeable, the food was good, and if I were to return to Monterotondo, I would definitely eat here again. It's truly worth it.

02/05/2026: The restaurant is housed in a former stable, making it very quaint and incredibly clean, but seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. The seafood menu is top-notch, with unusual and delicious dishes that are truly delicious, coming from someone who isn't a big fan of fish. Obviously, quality comes at a price, but for those who love this food, it's a must-try experience. The pasta is homemade, the fresh fish is expertly prepared by the chefs, with unusual yet extremely delicious flavor combinations. Of course, there's a wine list for every budget, expertly recommended by Sara, who, in her dual role as sommelier and waitress, explains both the dishes and the wines. The staff are truly friendly, and the service includes "pampering" at the beginning and end of the dinner, which I won't reveal to leave you in suspense. It's a real gem, with just one drawback: parking can be a bit difficult at times, but... everything else!

17/04/2026: Exceptional place! If you're looking for a modernly designed venue, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, and a vibrant, youthful atmosphere, this is the place. The food is divine: creative dishes, quality ingredients, and impeccable presentation. The real added value is the staff: the wait staff and kitchen staff are simply exceptional, professional yet welcoming and cheerful. You immediately feel at home, yet in a high-end setting. Highly recommended for a dinner with friends or a special evening. We'll definitely be back.

05/06/2026: I ordered this evening. I was very satisfied with the service, the guy was punctual and kind, the pizza was hot and very good, light dough and excellent raw materials, the best I've ever eaten in Monterotondo. The BEST pizza in MONTEROTONDO and the surrounding area.

18/11/2025: At least once a week, we order a Roman pala, excellent dough and incredibly light, plus a variety of top-quality toppings. In addition to pizza, Panificio Marino offers many other products, all of which are top-quality. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, and smiling (which is not typical for everyone). It's become a go-to for us. Keep up the good work!

01/06/2026: Much more than just a trattoria: an unconventional experience! This historic establishment on the outskirts of Rome, founded in 1944, now offers contemporary, pop cuisine that's decidedly unconventional. The experience starts strong with an excellent glass of wine, their fabulous artisanal breads, and a killer welcome: an olive stuffed with ricotta and 'nduja that wins you over at first bite. The appetizers are a journey of flavors, including a delicious fried donut with fresh chicken salad, their chicken and pepper croquettes, an original Venetian tramezzino with smoked ham, cafona-style artichokes, and old-fashioned stracchino cheese, and skewers of sweet cherry tomatoes, olives, and anchovies. The first courses will leave you speechless: the Benedetto Cavalieri crazy wheels with a robust ragù and Modica chocolate are a brilliant idea, and the 36-yolk agnolotti del plin with creamy cheese sauce are simply out of this world. The second courses are also excellent, with the "Ricordo di Parigi" (a puff pastry tart with melted meat and Parisian salad) and the classic Falsomagro with its perfect sauce. The finale is a perfect ending, leaving room for a perfectly executed zuppa inglese and their delicious petit fours. A place that combines history and innovation with incredible quality. Highly recommended!

13/05/2026: Anyone who loves seafood cannot miss this restaurant. Its simple, clean atmosphere and extraordinary service are complemented by the friendliness of the owner and waiters. In addition to the menu, the owner is also able to describe the daily specials in great detail, making your mouth water. The raw fish appetizer is splendid and varied, including various types of cuttlefish and calamari, presented in attractive and elegant dishes (see photo). The first courses are exceptional (it's worth it when they serve the squid ink pasta, but not only that). There's also a vast assortment of second courses. Homemade desserts are also included. I highly recommend it.

A few tables set in a family-friendly atmosphere, the cuisine is very Roman, with authentic and reliable dishes, including the house wine, sure to please. Friendly and courteous service, fair price. 11/07/2026: Excellent experience, beautiful location, convenient parking, friendly service, very good food, slightly high prices for the type of food, but justified by the level of attention to detail. The only downside is a bit of a delay and confusion with orders after a certain hour (but they have plenty of table space), which was quickly resolved when highlighted. I'll definitely be back, thanks. Oh, I forgot, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset view. (For two, ask for table 121, or the other two nearby ones with a sunset/lake view.)

11/07/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. An order of fried chicken contained fish, a mistake that should never happen, especially when dealing with such different foods. When we reported it, we were told that we should have disclosed any allergies. This is an excuse I disagree with: we had ordered chicken and there was no reason to expect fish. Precisely for this reason, the menus list the allergens for individual dishes, allowing customers to make an informed and safe choice. If a dish contains ingredients other than those listed or is contaminated with other foods, this protection is compromised and the customer is no longer able to make an informed choice. Beyond our specific case, such a mistake could have very serious consequences for someone with allergies. For this reason, I believe the incident and, above all, the staff's handling of the report were unprofessional. I hope the restaurant reviews its procedures to ensure similar incidents are not repeated.
