Really good restaurant for me the food 😋 the drinks are very good and the waiters are very very good. When I come back for sure I will come to this restaurant first.

Amazing food and service. Bread was phenomenal. We got the chicken breast, veal, and amatriciana. Emrah was a very attentive and friendly server. Highly recommend this spot.

A truly delightful restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent... and so was the wine. I'd especially like to thank Tristan, our waiter for the evening... he was very efficient and professional. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in Rome!

Visited here once. Ordered peach juice thought it would be fresh juice but was a bottled one. Egg linguine Seafood pasta and fresh tonnarello with pistachio and basil pesto, tuna and stracciatella. Pastas were good.

We went to Amedo on the recommendation of a friend who had a great experience there a few nights earlier, so our expectations were high. But somehow, the staff and the food they prepared still managed to exceed those expectations! We wanted to try something different, so we started out with a Pecarino cheese pie with puffed Venus rice wafer and balsamic vinegar reduction and it was a good choice. The carbonara, Gragnano I.G.P. spaghetti in a creamy egg & cheese sauce made with organic egg & local guanciale we had for our pasta course was even better. For our main course, my wife had the Sea bass with julienne vegetables and Mediterranean-style baked potatoes, which she said was fantastic. I don't eat seafood, so I opted for the Roman style saltimbocca with mixed vegetables. The three thin slices of veal were nice and tender and the sauce was light and delicious. I wasn't completely enamored with the mixed vegetables, but that left room for dessert. While I momentarily regretted my decision not getting the deconstructed cannoli, I changed my mind when I took my first taste of the best damn mixed berry cheesecake I've ever eaten. Beyond the outstanding food, our dining experience was made even better by the romantic feel of the intimate dining room and the attentive service of our server Lucia. Not only did she take good care of us, including her recommendation of a very nice wine to go along with our dinner, she called a taxi for us to take us back to our hotel. We were in Italy for two weeks, spending time in Venice, Florence, Sorrento and Rome, and our dinner at Amedeo was by far the best meal we had.

Amedeo is a lovely and cozy restaurant, we were served by Tristan which made the atmosphere even more fun and cozy. He helped us pair our food with the right wine and went above and beyond to get the best service!

Tristan was a brilliant waiter. Attentive but not over bearing. The quality of the food was excellent and good value for money. Highly recommended

If you are interested on actual Roman food, and not the restaurants they tailor to American tourists because Termi station is near by, this is where you MUST go. I had their carbonara, with white whine and their special ricotta mousse for desert. Wonderful. But just by sight I assure you the Roman classics are well represented here. Lucia was my server, I would recommend her in particular, she was beyond kind to an American whose Italian is poor but love of authentic Roman food is sincere. Topping the evening off with Limoncello was a perfect end to the evening. I cannot recommend enough.

The food was good, but Tristan was the real star of the show. It was a pleasure having him serve us.
