24/04/2026: A refined restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia, just steps from the port, with a veranda overlooking Lake Bracciano. I recommend starting the meal with an excellent glass of Prosecco from the Sutto winery, served at the perfect temperature, accompanied by their fantastic, fragrant bread, made exclusively for them and served fresh from the oven. Follow with the Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti with clams and perfectly creamed bottarga! The sea bass fillet in "acqua pazza" (crazy water) and the Roman-style artichoke, with that perfect hint of mint, overlooked by many lazy and superficial restaurateurs, are also unforgettable. The owner, Mr. Diego, has created an excellent wine list, always ready to suggest the perfect pairing for your food. Lastly, a special mention goes to the highly knowledgeable waiters, always polite and attentive, but not intrusive!

02/06/2026: We were here with friends; they reserved a table for us in the little square near the fountain with a sunset view. It was truly stunning! The guy who served us was really nice and kind. The food was excellent; I was especially impressed by the Sardinian specialties... the excellent cheeses and the homemade culargiones were special. Highly recommended!

28/05/2026: The food is very good, and I'm not easily satisfied. The atmosphere is nice, but a little small, so it's best to book. They make homemade pasta, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Recommended.

Helpful, professional, loving, a cuddle after a day of work. Rooms? Why should I tell you? Clean! Comfortable, with a breathtaking view! Food? Why should I tell you? Oh my goodness, how good, tasty, unforgettable, and moving. In fact, I was moved! Organic wine of their own production. Really? Why should I tell you? So? Conclusions. I'll be back. You? Do as you wish. But you'll miss out on an amazing place!

11/05/2026: Unfortunately, after a few positive experiences, we had a decidedly off day! The prices were exorbitant for what we actually ordered. The main courses were meager, especially the suckling pig, as were the lamb and (mini) arrosticini. We were very disappointed! The appetizers were also priced at €16 each, but honestly, they were truly disappointing. The location is nice with a lot of potential, but again, this time it was truly disappointing. I don't know if we'll be back...

17/05/2026: I came with my family, drawn by the many positive reviews. We're not there at all! The bread basket was actually a container unsuitable for food, with an old, dirty piece of orange paper. The seafood appetizer, €16, was subpar. There was nothing fresh! A pre-packaged seafood salad, followed by some supermarket-style fried food. First, scampi gnocchi, which the waiter told us were homemade. Are you kidding?! They were packaged gnocchi, and I know what I'm talking about, since I have friends in the restaurant business. Also, they were garnished with ground parsley; fresh parsley would have been better. Aside from the rest of the food we ordered, we won't be back. If I have to eat packaged, industrial products, I go to the supermarket. For what we ate, the prices are high, considering they're not fresh.

02/06/2026: Terrible experience. During lunch on Sunday, May 31st, I went to the cash register as usual, and as soon as I left the restaurant, a waitress ran after me into the parking lot yelling, "Madam, you have to pay." I immediately showed the receipt I had in my bag, while the cashier and other staff members arrived. All this happened in front of my family and other customers, causing me discomfort and embarrassment. We felt attacked by the staff and not respected or protected as customers. The food was average, but everything was very disorganized, with a lot of confusion and a noisy restaurant.

15/06/2026: Prices are a bit high for two takeaway pizzas. Average... good, yes, but expensive.
