16/03/2025: Location: typical local tavern, very characteristic and really nice. Menu: all traditional Roman dishes are present, excellently prepared. Service: very simple and welcoming, the host welcomed us with familiarity and courtesy. Personal opinion: we had lunch on Sunday (I highly recommend making a reservation) and nothing was missing, from the welcome to the goodness of the dishes, amazing cacio e pepe!

17/02/2025: Grazie ad un video sui social, ho voluto provare questa piccola bottega lasciando stare la fila chilometrica della rinomata bottega accanto! Averlo scoperto prima...... Porchetta spettacolare accompagnata da un pane unico; la ragazza che ci ha servito è stata garbatamenre loquace e ci ha ben consigliati per visitare Locanda Martorelli accanto. Oltre ai panini ci siamo portati a casa delle salsicce buonissime! Prezzi umani! Più di così! Brava la ragazza!

10/02/2025: Quiet restaurant with excellent food and excellent service. The veranda is beautiful. Highly recommended Unfortunately, on Sunday 9 February I went to lunch with my wife and there were some shortcomings in the kitchen caused, in our opinion, by the Chef's haste in getting our dishes out as there were many birthdays present on the same day. The pappardelle with wild boar in white and the scampi risotto were good, but the Judean artichoke turned out to be embarrassing, so much so that we sent it back to do it again but the second time it turned out to be wrong too. I even avoided taking pictures of it! The fried fish was limp and raw in some places, we also reported this to the restaurant manager who kindly suggested we make at least a half portion again but we gave up. Frappe and castagnole to make up for the inedible mix-up, definitely made the day before!! We expected a small final discount which did not arrive. Cuisine to review and record. We left disappointed and not satisfied

10/02/2025: I have been to this welcoming and historic restaurant several times. The last time I went for a pizza on a Sunday evening when, for a baptism event, the reserved room was enlivened by ethnic music. I really appreciated that between the main room and the private room there was a wall with a door, because this allowed you to listen to the music without having too high a volume. The staff is very kind and welcomes everyone with a smile. Mrs. Patrizia, one of the owners, has such a welcoming and loving way of doing things that makes you feel pampered. We took two bruschettas with truffle sauce, good and plentiful, and two pizzas, a margherita and a Neapolitan, very well seasoned and highly digestible. The pizza they offer is typical Roman, low and crunchy, but very light. A simple dinner, but one that remains in your heart for the atmosphere you breathe.

09/03/2025: I celebrated my birthday here and what can I say... Everything was perfect, super generous portions and the kindness of the staff at the highest levels! I have never been to this place but for the quality of the products, the freshness and the service it is worth going back!!! (thank you very much to all the staff!)

18/02/2025: An osteria that maintains the tradition of cuisine, but not in terms of cheapness, where I rediscovered the flavors of Roman cuisine that I hadn't tasted for a long time. Finally a bruschetta worthy of the name, made with real homemade bread (another rarity)

04/03/2025: This tavern is also talked about abroad. "Are you in Rome and don't go to Dar Vignarolo?" We came on a Tuesday evening and it was full, I wish the best for anyone who tries the weekend. Excellent cleanliness, excellent food, friendly staff and ready for some suggestions. The waiter who served us, Denis, very good, kind, welcoming and smiling. It takes a place in the heart of any person it enters.

02/03/2025: Too many people and confusion. Honestly, I expected better given the reviews considering that I wanted to change from where I always go, to understand the difference. The matriciana to forget: too much sauce and bacon not at all crunchy. The oxtail tail is very good. Porchetta I would say failed with flying colors. The tripe is excellent while the beans are normal. Too confusing environment while the waitresses should know what they serve. That the couples are sheep where the blackboard menu says pork and without knowing what they are, you don't know what you expect and what you'll get. Prices are honest and within the norm compared to other fraschette.

20/01/2025: Maybe you should think about updating opening hours instead of wasting people's time. Lost a customer today and in the future Edit: it's 2025, wake up. I open Maps and see what is open or not. I'm pleased to see the care you take in responding angrily but not to apologize for not having updated the page of YOUR establishment... pathetic

15/01/2025: High level culinary experience, well beyond the average of traditional fraschette. We appreciated the taste box, finding an excellent quality of the raw materials, especially the raw ham and the porchetta. The carbonara, creamy and with crunchy bacon, was particularly memorable, as was the tiramisu, served with originality in a coffee pot. The environment is meticulous in detail and the service, impeccable thanks to Monia's kindness and professionalism, contributed to making the dinner perfect. The cost, although slightly higher, is fully justified by the quality of the products.

22/02/2025: The food is heaven especially the primi (we’ve got bucatini all’amatriciana, cacio e pepe, tagliatelle con fungi, and carbonara with funghi porcini and guanciale)and the staffs were very nice. 26/01/2025: It was I say it was my habit to go to this place, before Christmas everything was EXCELLENT, yesterday I took the family there and it wasn't the usual quality, the amatriciana sauce was a little acidic, the gnocchi sauce the blunts and the sausage had a strange flavour, a serious mistake in my opinion, the sauce must be tasted... cold porchetta from the fridge, the fat must enhance the flavor and not be a penalty. Never again! Doing 45km and getting half a rip-off is not.

10/03/2025: If you are celiac or eat gluten-free, be very careful: my experience was terrible. Even though I told the staff several times that I had to eat gluten-free, they served me a plate of normal pasta. Luckily I noticed it in time, but it is unacceptable for a restaurant to treat such an important dietary requirement with such superficiality. The staff were completely unprepared and didn't even seem to know what gluten was. In the end, after all this, I found myself eating a dish of bad meat... for 18 euros (obviously the final bill didn't take into account what happened and made us pay for everything, down to the last cent). I really don't think I'll be back. Nice location if it helps.

08/03/2025: If you want to eat deliciously and inexpensively, look for a restaurant away from tourist places. In this case, this is an exception to the rule. Tasty, cozy, with pleasant service and a great hostess. A must visit if you decide to eat in Ariccia. An excellent family restaurant with its own history.

14/03/2025: We had dinner last night March 13, 2025 and what can I say.... excellent appetizer, tasty and plentiful... Very good pizza, thin, well cooked and very stuffed... good ravioli... just a small criticism: those who had the carbonara were not satisfied, thin spaghetti and bacon instead of bacon.... And finally the delicious desserts such as the chocolate-covered strawberries, very welcome..... fast service and family atmosphere... Me... my friends and our girls very satisfied 😃 I highly recommend 🥳🥳🥳 Thanks and see you next time 😊

11/03/2025: Excellent place, very kind and helpful staff for all the customer's needs, typical Roman pizza much finer than the Neapolitan one, soft and very seasoned dough, the prices are excellent and it's worth going, I will definitely return
