03/02/2024: Nonostante fosse tardi il proprietario ci ha accolto con gentilezza ed estrema ospitalità; preparando tutto quello che desideravamo senza fare alcun problema. Era tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità, dal supplì alla pizza ed anche l'hamburgher di scottona era fantastico nonostante io non sia un'amante della carne. Il conto è stato più che onesto. Locale molto accogliente e caratteristico anche con spazi esterni. Infine da non sottovalutare ia simpatia del proprietario ...che non è affatto scontata!

In a room easily managed by two good waiters, the 4 or 5 who are there don't have the slightest idea of ​​how to move or relate to customers! If you have the misfortune of having a maximum of 10 other people sitting in the room, the waiters are in a panic, they don't look at you, they talk to each other, and avoid passing by you, to finish the other 2 or 3 tables, before just passing by. to take the drink order! The waiter who looks like Pierino has absolutely no memory, if you ask him something he doesn't expect, between one table and another, he forgets it after 2 steps. Whoever stands at the door to welcome customers is clearly useless, if not to be the obligatory stop for every waiter to have 2 minutes of chat. With 4 or 5 pizza chefs, the pizzeria should churn out 10/12 pizzas every 8 minutes....and instead... Speaking of the place, if it rains avoid it, it can rain on you.

28/03/2024: I tried the pizzas and the supplì. The supplì were good, especially the cacio e pepe ones, I also liked the pizzas, the dough was good and generously proportioned, perhaps a little too burnt on the edge. The quality-price ratio is also good.

I didn't hear much of the famous fried foods with heavy breading and very little salt, there was very little flavor from the vegetables, fried artichokes ditto Lasagne with artichokes and mushrooms good but within the norm, old fashioned meatballs very good saltimbocca alla Romana good but come on confusing flavors seemed more like scallops. Excellent Puntarelle but microscopic portion. An excellent Amario amaro. Less than 40 euros each with two bottles of wine (and a quarter). In my opinion, it's a five-person place that didn't express much last night. Unfortunately, a very noisy table of 10 people (the place is small but nice) did not help the atmosphere.
