It overlooks Lake Castel Gandolfo, offering breathtaking views, as well as wonderful lighting and colors. The management of the villa, entrusted to Francesco and Mirkeda, is top-notch in terms of kindness, professionalism, and availability. You aren't considered a client, but with their attention and care, they make you feel part of their reality, sharing a single goal: creating a wedding that faithfully reflects the couple's wishes. A special thanks to Giulia, the villa's wedding planner, for her kindness and her ability to listen to the couple's wishes and transform them into art with her mastery and creativity. The Director Francesco, Mirkeda, Amleto, and the entire staff are wonderful and extremely professional. They always welcome you with a smile full of pure joy and kindness. They have the rare ability to make every moment special and rich in emotion. Everything is perfect, meticulously cared for and flawless. The food is sublime and served in unimaginable quantities! Our Wedding Planner Francesca was able to make our every wish come true, creating a dreamlike atmosphere, always being by our side with care and attention. It would take entire pages to highlight the care with which everything is conceived and presented by these wonderful people. Perfect for a quiet dinner, a surefire hit for dinner with friends. You know those places where you feel at home?! Here, some days, it's even better! Go there, eat and drink, meet Andrea, and indulge in his warm hospitality and all the delicious things he conjures up from his kitchen!

15/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation in the venue's cottage, in a rustic yet elegant room, ideal for those looking for a different kind of evening from the usual chaotic events, enjoying a unique atmosphere. The appetizers were incredible and the first courses delicious; the owner, Andrea, recommended a cheesecake base with crème brulee for dessert, a true delight. Overall, the service was excellent; the staff paid attention to every detail throughout the evening. I will definitely be back to experience that welcoming atmosphere and enjoy the good food. The only downside was that the children at the party ended up paying for their dinner as if they were adults. Otherwise, the evening went exactly as I had imagined!!!

14/06/2026: I've returned to Ristorante al Vigneto several times, and each visit has been a confirmation. It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a must-see. Among the dishes I've tried and recommend without hesitation are the tender and flavorful shin of pork; the fragrant and well-seasoned pinza; the flavorful fettuccine with porcini mushrooms; and a truly excellent cacio e pepe. A special mention, however, goes to the tripe: simply sublime, prepared according to tradition and among the best I've ever eaten. In addition to the excellent cuisine, the welcoming and family atmosphere is appreciated, perfect for a pleasant evening in good company. The staff is always kind, helpful, and attentive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Roman cuisine, generous portions, and traditional dishes prepared with passion, Il Vigneto is definitely worth a visit. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll definitely be back again.

09/06/2026: As a foodie from Romagna, I really appreciated this typical, family-run restaurant, which is very quaint. There were two of us for lunch, and even though we hadn't booked, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We especially appreciated the expertise and helpfulness of the waiter, Cristiano. We had a mixed antipasto for two—what can I say? Tasty and plentiful, followed by two tonnarelli all'amatriciana—impeccable! So much so, given the generous portions, that we were already full. Another positive note: the house wine is delicious. The ingredients are high-quality, and the dishes are served with a smile. I also found the bill to be absolutely fair. I highly recommend anyone in Marino to go to Fratone.

02/06/2026: EXCELLENT. I'm pregnant and wanted to order pasta carbonara, and when I asked about the egg, the chef came out to explain everything and told me he would make it especially for me. The waiters were fantastic; they brought my husband a glass of their wine to try, and it was delicious. The appetizers we ordered were amazing, the main course was excellent, and the service was even better, without a doubt. A 100% recommended place, truly authentic, and if you're lucky, you can get a seat on the terrace and enjoy an incredible view of the area. If I'm ever back in the area, I won't hesitate to eat at this restaurant again.

Excellent cuisine, amazing first courses (carbonara, cacio e pepe, porcini mushrooms, fettuccine with white wild boar ragù), exquisite second courses (saltimbocca alla romana, arrosticini, sublime venison stew), excellent side dishes, such as the Roman-style artichoke, light pizza, and gorgonzola scrocchiarella. Reasonable prices for the quality. The owners are very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended. Somewhere, local trattorias like they once were still there.

19/09/2025: There's no denying I'm biased, but for me this is one of the best pizza by the slice places in the area. Always easy to digest pizza with excellent toppings. The only downside is that parking is a bit difficult.
