Everything was well-kept... from the place to the dishes...

Welcoming and warm atmosphere...
Kind and friendly owners... as well as all the staff... who work in harmony and joy... something very rare...
Appetizer... suppli... giant burgers that I brought home half... I was stuffed... with fries that were nothing short of delicious.

The location might be a little inconvenient if you don't live nearby, and let's just say the place doesn't exactly resemble a Japanese restaurant.

The location is refined and meticulously maintained, with a counter at the entrance offering six guests the opportunity to share a sushi dinner experience. Alessandro is truly knowledgeable, discreet, and skilled in his unique fish preparation. The menu follows a progression of delicate flavors leading to stronger, more robust fish. The quality of the ingredients is sublime. Twenty courses of pure pleasure.

05/08/2025: I've been going there almost every day for quite some time. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the food preparation. Compared to other bars in the area, however, some of the staff seem so superior that they make you feel out of place. I don't think I'll be back.
