02/06/2026: Let me start by saying that I was born into a completely Sicilian family, so I'm picky when I go to eat at places that offer this type of cuisine.
We went to this place last night, EVERYTHING was PERFECT.
Welcoming and friendly.
The menu was amazing and the prices were super fair.
The food was excellent, what can I say, it made me cry!
It's become one of my favorite places in Rome.

22/07/2026: I tried arancini for the first time! They were twice as big as I expected, and delicious!
I ordered the RAGU and VOLCANO, recommended by the staff. At first, I thought they were too big to finish, so I ordered a small portion, but they were so delicious that I ordered more.
They also had an English menu, which made it easy to understand! Thank you for the meal!
06/07/2026: Absolutely excellent! Rediscovered after several years, it's always a guarantee. First of all, the kindness, along with 2 waters, 2 excellent arancini, and 2 portions of delicious baked anelletti. They asked us to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare them, but it was worth it. We'll definitely be back.

01/06/2026: To err is human, but to persevere... Did the two of us order four desserts? That extra 2 on each was clearly intentional. It's our fault they didn't check right away, but we weren't expecting that.

02/06/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant just a short distance from the Anagnina Metro A terminus. Prices are more than reasonable, the food is excellent and well-prepared, with a delightful Sicilian touch. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the service is quick and courteous. Highly recommended!

The quality-price ratio is a bit uneven, especially considering the neighborhood and the restaurant. However, it's worth trying at least once if you want to experience the culinary traditions of the Sicilian region.

As a Sicilian, I appreciated the deli food displayed at the counter, and I must say it was truly delicious, especially the baked calzone.
Special mention also goes to the cashier, Leandra, who was very professional and kind.

08/04/2026: Attracted by the good reviews, I tried the restaurant a few months ago. Probably, since I've often been to the original restaurant in Marzamemi, I arrived with overly high expectations. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by everything: the sterile atmosphere, the tasteless food, lacking in seasoning (the opposite of Sicilian cuisine), and the very limited wine list (of the few white wines they had, three were unavailable). The only positive is the reasonable prices.
28/03/2026: We've been customers for several years, and each time we're as surprised and satisfied as ever. The menu is constantly evolving, the ingredients are of the highest quality. A sensory spectacle.
We leave and can't wait to return.

12/07/2025: We stumbled upon this little shop by chance and were blown away by the food selection!
Typical Palermitan delicacies, such as bread and panelle, freshly fried arancini, and superb Sicilian cannoli.
The guy behind the counter was incredibly friendly.
We'll definitely be back.

27/07/2026: Excellent pastry and delicatessen. Over time, I've had the opportunity to try both sweet and savory dishes. Everything was delicious (the caponata was amazing). The only things I would change are the amount of sugar in the cannoli (I'd use less sugar) and the thickness of the pastry (I'd make the pastry thinner).
Update: I've been back and was pleasantly surprised that my recommendations were followed. My place of trust is confirmed once again ❤️
27/07/2026: Friendly and helpful staff. We had lunch around 4:00 PM, so it's understandable that the food wasn't exactly delicious, but it was still average. The arancina was very good. The bill was a bit pricey, but overall it was more than adequate.

26/07/2026: Unfortunately, the service and courtesy of Sicilianedde's staff have never been the restaurant's strong points, with the exception of the current blonde waitress, who is always professional and kind.
What I find truly unfair is the inconsistency in the application of the table service surcharge. I've seen people consuming takeout items while sitting at tables (in the evening) without paying any extra, while I was denied a service of three small granitas at the counter because some of my group had already sat at a table. I was implicitly asked for table service in an unprofessional manner, without even being looked in the eye. Meanwhile, people continued to sit around us with their takeout items.
Rules should apply equally to everyone. When they're applied selectively, the restaurant loses credibility. Considering the already high prices, this lack of consistency ruins the experience and puts off returning.

We stopped by late one evening for some refreshing gelato (gelateria & Sicilian desserts)...but seeing the deli section, we decided to return for a nice lunch! We found...
both excellent quality and professionalism in this place
that represents traditional Sicilian gastronomy!!! 👏
