06/12/2025: Let me start by saying that the food was very good and the atmosphere was classic roadhouse-style. So far, so good. However, what happened at the end of the evening was, in my opinion, completely intolerable. We were chatting and laughing peacefully at our table—there were only two tables left, so it wasn't even that chaotic—when one of the waiters approached the cash register and started printing out the bill (which we hadn't even asked for, by the way). As he did so, I clearly heard him say, "What the f*** are you laughing about?" It wasn't a generic comment, it wasn't a misunderstanding: there was no one near him except us, and we were indeed laughing. So yes, he was addressing us, without a doubt. Now... my friend, I understand it was late, I understand you were tired and maybe even fed up with working because it was getting late. But before you started insulting the customers, you should have simply let us know you were about to close, don't you think? Especially since we'd already finished eating and would have been happy to leave the table without any problems. I realize we may have lingered a bit and not looked at the clock, but that's precisely why a "Guys, we're closing" would have solved everything. Instead, we were met with a completely gratuitous and rude outburst that ruined the entire experience. Above all, I want to point out that it was 11:05 PM... the restaurant closes at 11 PM. And the thing that bothers me most is that all the other waiters were really kind and professional. But whatever, I guess there are assholes everywhere.

30/11/2025: I gave it a second chance, but... I'll never go back!! It certainly can't be called a restaurant!! It's fast food!! Even low-quality, especially considering the unprofessional service that borders on rudeness! Poor value for money

14/05/2026: We discovered this place by chance before going to the nearby Tibur cinema. Everything was excellent: the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. We had a fried vegetable appetizer (crispy, not soggy), followed by an El Capitan burger (double burger), and a chicken strip. Excellent value, definitely worth trying again!

20/05/2026: A small but well-maintained establishment located in a secluded spot. It has a covered terrace in addition to the indoor dining area. A few beers, but very good ones, like the Sanct-Bernard IPA. We tried the sweet potatoes, roasted vegetables, a bagel, and fried chicken. Nothing to say except "everything was excellently prepared." We'll definitely be back.

05/06/2026: Hi, I'm Ryan from the 4 recensioni kids team, and I came here on the evening of June 2nd for dinner. I already knew this chain and don't eat there often, but this restaurant completely won me over: the food was very good, the classic Dakota sandwich with fries was excellent, and the meat was quite good; the bacon inside was also delicious. The tacos were excellent, the tortilla was soft, and the chicken inside was tasty. The staff is very kind, the service was fast, and they gave us all the information we needed about the food. The decor is very tasteful and conveys a classic Wild West atmosphere that fits perfectly with the restaurant's theme.

09/06/2026: Last time I had encountered problems in the women's bathroom, but this time in addition to the perfect maintenance of the place, the cooking of the hamburgers and the preparation of the sandwiches was superior to the other restaurants in the chain, truly excellent.

Delicious tasty food, staff are very friendly and are attention to detail. Good atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee (oat milk) one of the best we have had - oh and their freshly squeezed orange juice is delicious! Been on holiday for 4 weeks, had a lot of breakfast during this time and definitely this place is a stand out!! Thanks Osteria Cavour!

24/06/2026: We've been going there for a while now, but now it's under new management. The owners and staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is very cute and lends itself to various themed evenings. Parking is easy, and it's a great place for motorcyclists. The drinks menu is excellent, and the food is also good. I had the meat and it was very good. I highly recommend it, and I also recommend checking out what's on during the week.
