06/06/2026: I'll start by saying that I wasn't familiar with this MAGICAL place and restaurant, despite having lived in Cerveteri for many years, and my regret is that I wasn't fortunate enough to discover it sooner. Yesterday, June 5th, I was invited by some friends, Alessandro and Rosanna, who took me to this excellent restaurant. I should point out that despite its central location, the location offers a sense of serenity and privacy, far from the noise and chaos of downtown Ladispoli. The place is clean—in fact, super clean and well-kept, elegant, and above all, meticulously crafted. Now, however, it's time to give Mr. Pasquale 100 stars, more than the available five. Last night, my wife Anne and I discovered this excellent restaurant for the first time, and I loved it so much that I returned tonight with my son-in-law Ugo and my grandson Alessio. The food is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, a pure and exceptional delight for the palate. The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, and above all, the dishes are truly meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. You leave the table feeling lighter than when you sat down because the quality of the food is truly excellent. Usually, you leave restaurants with the sometimes almost overwhelming smell of cooking, but here at Pasquale's, you enjoy the aromas of the food as you eat, and there's no lingering cooking odor, a tangible sign of the high quality of the products served. Compliments to the young head waiter, Ginevra, a polite, thoughtful, and sweet woman who knows how to pamper guests and make them feel at home. The kitchen is open, spotlessly clean, and tidy, from which you can admire the mastery of Chef Pasquale, owner of this quaint and beautiful restaurant. A special thanks goes to the lady in the kitchen, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, who works so elegantly with the talented Chef Pasquale to produce these delicious dishes. If you're in Ladispoli, Cerveteri, or anywhere along the coast and want to eat excellent food and the freshest fish, then don't hesitate, go to Pasquale's because, in my opinion, it's the BEST. 14/01/2026: A small but well-kept and welcoming place, it really gives off a Mexican vibe. The food surprised us with the quality of the ingredients and the deliciousness. The pulled pork sandwich was superb, mouth-watering and made us understand why it's a hit. The nachos, crispy tortilla, vegetarian chilaquiles, and finally the artisanal desserts were excellent. 29/05/2026: I went for lunch today with my boyfriend and another couple (May 29, 2026). We opted for the €17 per person menu, which includes: 1 appetizer, 1 first course, and 1 glass of water for two. Everything was delicious, excellent value for money. The service was fast and friendly. We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu!

26/05/2026: I visited this agriturismo on Sunday for lunch and we had a wonderful time!! Surrounded by greenery, with children's playgrounds, animals, a pond, a swimming pool, and plenty of outdoor space! The staff is truly kind and helpful, but above all, the owner is humble and respectable. We ate very well, starting with their mixed antipasto, followed by ravioli and their homemade steak. Plenty of tables available; there were two parties, a baptism and a communion. Indoor parking is available. I recommend booking in advance because it's always full!

23/05/2026: Kindness and courtesy 5 ⭐, however I would recommend removing cold cuts such as salami, loin, etc. from the appetizer menu at an event... These are cured meats that, in addition to the fact that we eat them every day, fill the stomachs of the diner who, inevitably, then skips the second course.

12/04/2026: I give my all because I ate there twice and I have to say that I ate very well and the staff is also pleasant, unfortunately however, there is little professionalism. I called on Friday at lunchtime to book a table for 4 for Sunday inside the restaurant. On Saturday afternoon they called me to tell me that they had to put us outside because there was a table for 35 people and the person who had booked me didn't know it. I don't accept being taken for a ride from anyone and since I'm not an idiot I deduce that they called them for a table for 35 obviously they evicted us outside since there were 4 of us, the 35 were more tempting and it is not only unprofessional but also unpleasant because customers, whether few or many, should be treated the same way and perhaps it is a reason not to go there anymore and not to spread the word to recommend it to friends and relatives.

06/04/2026: I ordered a tray of three flavors, and alas, despite the well-aired dough, it was overcooked, under-seasoned, and extremely dry. The mozzarella didn't arrive because it was so dry.

29/03/2026: I went last night after a long time. I found the pizza dough very good as always, but the prices have gone up and the toppings on the pizzas have decreased. The mozzarella is practically non-existent now, so I can say that the pizza is good, crunchy and light, but it's more like a focaccia now because it's very plain! I'm sad because it used to be among my favorite pizzerias, but now it's no longer!
