This was our second visit today. Father and son are the friendliest hosts, the bread was homemade, the fillet with pepper sauce was wonderfully tender, the rosé was perfectly chilled, and the limoncello was homemade. What more could you want? We are very satisfied and recommend everyone stop by. Salute e Grazie

What a wonderful gem in the heart of Rome! Our waiter, Daniele, offered amazing service and recommendations. The menu has some of my favourite pasta in the world. Don't skip the tiramisu either, it's made in house and absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this fine establishment. Will definitely be back :)

The restaurant is in a good, easily accessible, and quiet location. It has a few outdoor seating areas, which creates a pleasant atmosphere on nice days. We had a table of 11, and the wait staff was very helpful and professional. The food was good, with respectable twists on traditional Roman cuisine. A positive experience; for an appetizer and a main course, plus some desserts and drinks, we paid €33.

We had lunch at Pasquino San Lorenzo, four adults and two children: an experience beyond all expectations. The welcome is warm and authentic, never pretentious—they truly make you feel at home. We were looked after from start to finish with extreme discretion, but also with great care in letting us taste the best dishes, catering to our curiosity and tastes. It's also perfect with visiting foreign friends and children: constant attention and care from appetizer to dessert. The dishes are excellent in terms of the quality of the ingredients and their execution. Worthy of note: the stuffed flower with red shrimp, the very light fried fish, the spectacular Jewish-style artichoke, and the julienned cuttlefish. We also shared a platter of excellent cured meats and cheeses. Among the first courses: gnocchi with clams, spaghetti with squid ink, paccheri, and a truly successful cacio e pepe with red shrimp and lime. For dessert, pistachio tiramisu and a tiramisu cream with strawberries, both memorable. Good wine list and excellent value. The restaurant is very welcoming, with outdoor seating in a small, quiet square away from traffic. The only drawback: it can be a bit difficult to find free parking in the area; however, there are paid parking lots nearby. It's an easy five-minute walk from Termini station, avoiding the busiest area. Highly recommended: authentic cuisine, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Pietro was a fantastic host and made us feel at home. The food was the best we had while in Rome. Everything was fresh and delicious. Pietro was attentive and made sure everything came out perfectly. My wife who is gluten free was able to order without issue as Pietro made sure to have her meal prepared separately and safely. If you are in the San Lorenzo area, this place is a must.. If you stop in to this restaurant, make sure to head to the basement as it’s a historic bunker/shelter from the days of war. It’s fascinating and truly beautiful. Grazie mille Pietro!

03/06/2026: We were four people for Lunch. I sincerely appreciated the great care of the Service and the outstanding location just in front of one of the oldest Church in Rome. The food was well prepared. Cooking time perfect with very high quality ingredienti, not common to find these days The fried artichoke was great. The Pasta Gricia with artichoke chips, excellent: aged cheese sauce much above the market standard. Seabass wild Mediterranean catch cooked to perfection. Prices are in level with quality and no regret when I paid the bill. Just one negative note: they do not accept yesterday American Express; in my opinion payment method should be a guest choice
