16/03/2026: We booked at the last minute, choosing based on proximity to our location and also reading the reviews, and luckily there were still seats available. The food was excellent and different; I'd never had the truly delicious apple fritters. The fried appetizers were crispy and not soaked in oil, and everything else was delicious. The puff pastry casket with cavolo nero and speck was delicate yet delicious. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was truly delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. We'll definitely be back.

14/05/2026: It's a good restaurant, with a different level of elegance depending on the room. The food is good, even with some sophisticated variations. Very good value. It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but for such a small town, it's very good. A local landmark.

01/05/2026: Trattoria in Manziana near Bracciano, on a street where there's always space to park. The place is very large and always busy. The waiters are very kind and very smart. Excellent food, average prices.

15/07/2026: A very spacious, informal restaurant in Manziana. The Florentine steak was excellent for the price and quality, well-cooked and even better cut into escalopes! We'll definitely return to try it again. My only complaint is that I'd improve the platters or just use hand-cut ham. The rest of the dishes were well-received, especially the cockerel sauce. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Montepulciano was excellent, and the crème caramel was delicious. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

27/06/2026: This restaurant has been open for many years and enjoyed its heyday years ago. Over the years, after removing pizza from the menu, the menu remained a good meat-based menu and few seafood options. This evening, having opted for fish, I was very disappointed. Mezze paccheri with seafood, two clams, a few mussels, one closed and one empty, a couple of razor clam shells with nothing inside, and numerous fragments of mussel shells that made the dish inedible. My hopes were therefore set on the second course: a delicious fried calamari and shrimp. Unfortunately, this too was disappointing. A few calamari rings and four peeled shrimp tempura instead of the usual shrimp in their shells. The bill, however, was quite tasty considering the poor quality. After so many years of frequenting this restaurant, I don't think I'd return again.

Excellent coffee and artisanal gelato that continues to hold its own despite the high-end competition. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Competitive prices. A guarantee.

23/09/2025: Place where you can find excellent home-made baked goods. The pizzas, both white and red, are delicious and always hot. Excellent for a mid-morning snack or to take home to enrich lunch. The staff is always very helpful. I recommend it for anyone in the area

18/09/2025: We've strolled to the nearby Macchia Grande several times, meaning to stop and try this shop's products. Let's start with the positives: The staff: friendly, they served us politely but perhaps with little training, as the ladies didn't seem to have a thorough understanding of the products on sale. The Products: Bread and crunchy pizza: good, actually very good, even if there wasn't much stock, perhaps also due to the fact that it was Saturday afternoon and around 5 PM... Desserts: (and here's another chapter!) I found the milk donuts good, as were the "brutti ma buoni" (ugly but good) ones. A different story is the tozzetti, which aren't bad, but since they're "soft," the staff should have first told us so, and then NOT put them (800g) in a paper bag... When we got home, they were all broken, shattered, and mixed together in a "black and white" mix. A tray would have easily avoided this. Now let's talk about what's passed off as "grandma's cake": a whipped shortcrust pastry filled with cream—or rather, a cream mix WITHOUT eggs, see the ingredients to believe it—with pine nuts scattered on top, which CANNOT be called that!!! Grandma wouldn't be at all. Happy 🤣. Furthermore, the supposed cream is practically nonexistent and tasteless. A total failure.... I'm sorry! (This is the reason for the two stars given to the food) The place: clean and well-kept, as befits any normal grocery store. Ultimately, this business, in my opinion, needs to fix a few things in terms of preparation and service... Because it undoubtedly deserves a more positive review; it has all the right qualities... It really doesn't take much!!!
