Easy to get to, away from traffic, with ample parking and surrounded by greenery. The dishes are typical of Emilian culinary tradition. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the portions are well-proportioned for the price. The desserts are also delicious and carefully prepared. The wine list is good. It's a shame that the wine is brought to the table already opened... that's not a good idea.

While visiting Rocchetta Mattei, we stopped at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, the portions generous, and the prices were very reasonable.

A family-run trattoria in the hills, offering cuisine on the border between Romagna and Tuscany. Friendly service, generous portions, and reasonable prices. Decorated in a flea market style. Excellent crescentine, just 10 minutes from Rocchetta Mattei.

We ordered: tagliatelle paglia e fieno with ham, tortellini, crespelle, tortelloni, crostoni with mushrooms, Tuscan crostini, crescentine with cured meats, cheese, and pickles, straccetti with artichokes, fried zucchini flowers, roast beef, cheesecake, coffee and lemon sorbet, strawberries, and blueberries. It was all delicious. Regarding the location, eating in this tree-lined, flower-filled garden was beautiful. Tables were spaced apart so that even large tables (like ours) didn't disturb them. Everything was fenced in and safe for children. The price was reasonable. Congratulations!! We'll definitely be back.

Not easy to get to, but it's worth it to eat great food

Excellent family-run restaurant!! A very pleasant elderly lady serves you in the dining room, while her son and his staff work in the kitchen! Excellent homemade dishes with a wealth of traditional choices! As soon as you're seated, they bring you delicious, large fried tortelloni filled with stracchino cheese, which melt in your mouth! For my first course, I had tortelloni verdi filled with onion and cacio e pepe!! Truly delicious. Then a crouton with extra virgin olive oil, topped with burrata, herbs, and anchovies... exquisite!! The Bolognese cutlet with French fries was good, but not exceptional. To finish, they also offer egg white mousse, which reminded me of my childhood!! The place is surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful garden, inside full of fake antiques, and the option to eat on the outdoor terrace! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
