A fantastic place in the heart of Bolognina, the restaurateurs have successfully combined quality (very high) and quantity, all accompanied by a well-stocked wine cellar and excellent service.
A place where it's always pleasant to return, whether with family or for an intimate evening.

Welcoming place, attentive and friendly service. I had tagliatelle with prosciutto, which was good, but the pasta was a bit too thick for my taste. I shared a cotoletta alla Bolognese, which was also very good and quite traditional, with a side of grilled artichokes, very tasty and natural.
Good selection of Gutturnio wine.
To finish the meal, I enjoyed choosing from a wide selection of their own-produced bitters, which were truly delicious.

Original dishes with an excellent selection of meat and fish, blending classic and innovative, with two distinct menus that capture the character of their restaurant; the wine cellar with an ever-changing selection of wines; and the hospitality that never changes, because perfection is hard to improve. Hats off to Ion and Luigi for creating this place on the outskirts of Bologna, a little corner of paradise.

Above expectations
from the menu to a carefully curated wine list, which even teetotalers like me can enjoy, alas.
The dishes are good, the atmosphere is quiet, and encourages good conversation.
And then there's a touch of elegant and understated Latin America; hospitality is not optional.

Generous portions despite the sophisticated dishes, and a cuisine that seems to regularly combine the homely with the haute—from fried foods and ragù on one side, to raw fish and various types of granola on the other, in particularly successful combinations.

We had dinner last night at this restaurant in Bologna and had a positive experience.
The food was the highlight: we chose traditional Bolognese dishes such as tortellini in broth, homemade fettuccine with ragù, cotoletta alla Bolognese, and platters of local cured meats. Everything was truly delicious; I particularly enjoyed the fettuccine, well-made and flavorful. The ricotta and spinach tortelloni with butter and sage were also excellent, although the choice of serving dish could be improved (a soup plate, not very appetizing). The pork loin cotoletta alla Bolognese was noteworthy, truly gigantic and perfect for sharing. The non-traditional options were also interesting, such as the spaghetti with raw red tuna tartare. The desserts were also good, including a noteworthy tiramisu.
The atmosphere is modern and pleasant.
The service was courteous and helpful, always attentive without being intrusive.
Overall, an excellent experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to taste authentic Bolognese cuisine (and more) in an authentic setting.

We were looking for a restaurant outside of Bologna's city center. We found this very nice place in the Bolognina neighborhood.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There were two menus to choose from: a traditional Bolognese one and a classic one.
