09/10/2025: Truly delicious sandwiches. Initially, we came solely for the porchetta (which remains the mainstay), but they've increased the variety, maintaining high quality. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It's becoming a pleasant Saturday lunchtime habit.

06/10/2025: Wonderful place. Staff is super friendly and authentic. Food is extraordinary best panino I've eaten in bologna. Packed with locals and atmosphere. Later the whole plaza is full with young people, music ect.

15/09/2025: What a discovery! I found it by chance during a work break, and I'll definitely be back to try other dishes in the evening! The food was top-quality with impeccable, well-prepared, and friendly service. I don't know the name of the girl who served me, but truly, congratulations! The only flaw (but more for them than for the customer 😅) is the size of the place, which is a bit small. They deserve a place with more seats! 😉

The texture there isn't just cold, sweet matter; it's a thought at rest, a moment suspended between being and savoring. The cream dissolves on the tongue as if dissolving into life: slowly, with a sad sweetness, as if each taste were a memory of something that never existed. There's a green melancholy in the pistachio, a warm shadow in the chocolate, and an ancient silence in the milk—the same silence that exists in dreams. Everything is balance and restlessness: the air mixed with the body of the ice cream like a soul in the human body, the lightness that supports the weight of pleasure. At Santo Stefano, time seems to stand still so that the texture can think for us—and in that brief moment, we are, perhaps, a little more true than before.

31/08/2025: What can I say...I always have a great time here! 1 extra star for the bathroom! We're at least 6! Elegant yet informal atmosphere! Excellent hospitality and soft music. Every detail is taken care of, from the unexpected flan to the bread. The fish is always top-notch, and the special dishes and daily specials are always unexpected! Don't expect a trattoria where they go for quantity; here, everything you pay is worth it! The place is small, so it's normal for there to be a lot of noise if you come on a busy day with a table for 20, but that happens everywhere... book to be safe. Compliments to the owners.

19/08/2025: Everything was meticulously maintained, from the ambiance and service to the freshness and quality of the food. It has become one of our go-to places for good seafood in Bologna. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food.

09/10/2025: This brûlée is the best ever I have tried in the world. The spaghetti is a bit salty but I think that’s Bologna style. Also, the service is very good. We have 2 and want to share food. The plates all come and split perfectly. Again, the brûlée is so great and everyone should try the jam on the plate. They are good.

29/08/2025: While passing through Bologna, I stopped at this place, which made me feel at home: the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The risotto with parmesan and truffle was remarkable. Congratulations again to the entire staff.

26/08/2025: Discovered today on the recommendation of our hotel. Excellent restaurant in the old town, a little off the beaten track. Authentic local dishes. The cotoletta a la bolognese and the beef fillet with balsamic vinegar, arugula, and Parmesan are delicious. The wine by the glass is a Sangiovese, very good value for money. Good panna cotta for dessert. Very warm welcome, highly recommended.

04/10/2025: Incredible experience! A little gem located in the heart of the Monteveglio Abbey village. The atmosphere is intimate and familiar, the staff is friendly and kind, and the food is incredibly delicious. My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

28/09/2025: A trattoria in the heart of a village that feels like stepping into a fairytale. I'd like to start by praising the staff: attentive, welcoming, and warm with the customers. It almost feels like lunch at a friend's house. The food is excellent, from the raw ingredients to the most complex dishes. One of the things that really impressed me was the attention to detail in the plating.

09/09/2025: IMPECCABLE! Perfect timing, friendly service, excellent raw materials. Furthermore, it's been years since I've found such a perfect balance between the different ingredients. The crackers are exceptional; the first one with friggione is incredibly delicate, followed by the Dubai chocolate, which is an explosion on the palate. Truly, MANY MANY compliments!
