10/03/2026: Excellent restaurant serving Lucanian cuisine. We've been there a couple of times and plan to return given its proximity. It offers various vegetarian options. The lamb cheek and spaghetti with ragu are highly recommended. The chicory tart with fava bean puree and the chestnut tortelli are also very good. Peperoni cruschi are TOP!

Excellent food and more than fair prices.
I first came a few months ago, intrigued by the sign "Training Restaurant." I had a wonderful lunch among eager-to-learn young people, supported by attentive tutors who were always ready to correct any small imperfections and offer advice. Yesterday, taking advantage of a trip to Bologna, I returned for lunch and relived the same very positive experience. Congratulations, and see you next time!
27/02/2026: The place was very comfortable, and I really liked the atmosphere. The waiters were very kind and good, especially our waitress, Aurora Autiero, who served us almost the entire time. She's very kind and you can tell she knows her job. The food was good, a very nice experience, and I'll definitely do it again.

15/03/2026: A corner of Naples, they've been in Bolognina for almost 30 years, I believe, and are constantly growing and innovating. The raw materials and staff make you want to adopt them. I hadn't been back in a while, and I even came back for a second time, so much did I miss their experience. I recommend anyone passing through Bologna and craving excellent pizza and an unparalleled welcome to visit this wonderful family. A big hug, and see you soon!

All the different shawarmas are truly delicious; the marinade and fresh vegetables make all the difference. Furthermore, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional; another plus is the cleanliness, which, at least from the outside, appears impeccable! Highly recommended, and they're truly talented!

Finally, a vegan-friendly place with fast service and reasonable prices.
Colorful juices, delicious smoothies (I recommend the fitness program).
Delicious and healthy desserts, sugar-free but made with fruit!
What can I say? I recommend trying it because it will become your favorite place! (It was for me.)

Highly recommend the tiramisu and crema — incredibly creamy and full of character, just like a grandma’s secret recipe.
The staff were so patient and thoughtful with their introductions and flavor recommendations, which truly brightened my first day in Bologna.

15/03/2026: A very charming and intimate place. Large, well-kept, and well-spaced tables. Attentive and efficient service. All the dishes I tried were excellent: beef tartare, pumpkin gnocchi, red radicchio macaroni, calamarata with lamb ragù, baked guinea fowl leg and roast chicken, cream-filled rose cake, donut cake with Chantilly cream, and raspberry mousse in a chocolate sphere. The wine list is also well-stocked. Prices aren't cheap, but they're consistent with the above. Try it.
