29/09/2025: Just had a delicious cone of Nutella mascarpone ice cream (if I remember correctly). The lady at the counter was very kind, thank you ☺️

28/09/2025: I asked the ice cream maker to add lemon and cream, but she advised against it, saying it didn't go well, as if it were her decision to choose the flavors. She didn't want to give me another ice cream on the cone because it melted. The ice cream maker is also really rude. Not very clean either. Lack of politeness.

06/10/2025: We had dinner with friends. The place was beautiful and well-kept. The service was good, not particularly attentive, but the place was packed and that's okay. The food was good. We'll be back 👍

04/10/2025: Good pizza in a spartan setting with placemats and bagged cutlery. The pizza is average, but €6 for a medium beer and cover charge (since I wasn't given a receipt, just a debit card receipt), I'd say that's a bit too much.

23/10/2025: I ate divinely, with first courses, second courses, and desserts to die for. Three first courses (tortellini alla panna were phenomenal, for me), two second courses (fried lamb chops were a dream, for me), an appetizer, two desserts, a bottled Sangiovese opened at the table, a glass of mineral water, and a coffee with a cover charge for three people for about €95. For me, Bologna continues to be a city brimming with trattorias with a capital T.

20/10/2025: The food was fabulous. Traditional dishes at incredibly competitive prices. I think if I lived in Bologna, I'd go there every night for dinner. And that's not all: the place is clean, very homey, and the staff is friendly and attentive. A truly deserved 5 stars.

The food is excellent quality from the cold cuts to the breakfast pastries, the attention to detail is meticulous and the owner is clearly in love with his job and extremely professional as well as friendly. The prices have remained fair.

03/05/2025: We went for lunch on May 1st, there were 7 of us and we ate very well. The property is beautiful, very well kept. Good service. Suggestive panoramic view from the location.

28/09/2025: Family lunch for my brother's birthday, a wonderful surprise with the menu we'd agreed upon a few days earlier. The first courses, tagliatelle with ragù and passatelli, were truly excellent. Perhaps a little limited, but I assume they were holding back for the tigelle and crescentine that would arrive later, but overall, they were truly excellent. Tigelle and crescentine with a vast selection of cured meats, cheeses, pickled onions, and a stewed sausage that would have been truly outstanding if it had been a little less salty. To finish, there was also something sweet to pair with the tigelle and crescentine, truly delicious. The house wine was very good, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive to their customers. Definitely worth it.

09/10/2025: We ate at a lovely restaurant/pizzeria, La Carriola, this evening. The staff was remarkably friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The bressaoula with arugula and Parmesan was exceptionally good in both flavor and quantity. The pizza that followed was the best we've ever been served, only a bit too big! The spaghetti vongole is truly the most outstanding we've had in years! Simply fantastic and unexpected. We have years of experience with Italian cuisine in all its forms and enjoy cooking ourselves. It couldn't be better. We'll definitely be back tomorrow!

20/06/2025: Like home!!! Every now and then I stop with my little girl to eat a plate of pasta before going home. The girl is very kind, and the pasta is really delicious. Thank you for making this treat that we sometimes give ourselves special!

12/10/2025: A pleasant surprise. Everything was incredibly perfect, from arrival to departure. We ate at the restaurant where the dishes truly epitomized the beauty of Tuscany, with original, high-quality flavors. Every minute was a small pleasure. The rooms are super clean, organized, and smell great. The bathrooms are also super clean. A great place for an event, a romantic weekend (or even a whole week). Silvio is a wonderful host; let him guide you through the local wines and dishes; you won't regret it :)

20/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. The pizza menu is extensive and truly delicious. The atmosphere is very calm, with tables spaced reasonably far apart. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Honestly? Satisfied and surprised considering it's right in the center of Bologna.
