08/06/2025: I had lunch at Kome, an all you can eat sushi spot, and overall, the experience was quite satisfying when it came to the food and the speed of service. Dishes arrived quickly and consistently, with barely any waiting time between orders — something that often drags down the experience at similar places. The sushi was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety of options, from uramaki to nigiri and some solid hot dishes. The only downside was the lack of friendliness from the staff. While they were efficient and quick, their attitude felt a bit cold and disengaged. There wasn’t much interaction, no smiles, and an overall absence of warmth that usually helps make a meal feel more enjoyable and welcoming.

We have been using them for years but the home delivery service is terrible, not once do they respect, not even remotely, the delivery time, making us mess up our evening plans every time. 15/20 minutes are always planned, but 45 minutes/an hour is unacceptable, not serious and with little respect for the customers. Even this evening at 8:35 pm I called because the pizza was scheduled for 8:00 pm and they don't even know how to do the math, answering me that they were 10 minutes late.. They arrived at 8:45 pm... This always happens, which has led us to no longer use this pizzeria from now on.

02/06/2025: You need to improve customer care like the non-operating air conditioner along with the propeller and you can't respond that you can't at least open the curtain of the internal room to ventilate. I want to point out that I wasn't the only one who complained, apart from that, fast service, very good food, nice place and honest prices. RECOMMENDED and so we'll see each other again,
