20/02/2025: Location suitable and suitable for romantic dinners. The dishes we consumed were excellent and above all accurate in preparation. The price is adequate and in line with the place, 4 starters, two first courses, two second courses, two spritzes, a mug (!) of wine, a bottle of water for 30 euros each... A piece of advice and you are VERY hungry, open your wallet. The wine I tasted was little (5.50 euros for a glass) but it was amazing. Advised.

19/02/2025: Both the owner chef and the waitress who welcomes us are very nice. Not a cheap menu and also with the possibility of making Venetian cicchetti with bee! Very good!

05/03/2025: Honestly, I wasn't crazy about the fried pizza, the two ends were a little raw... my wife's pizza, Saracen pizza, very good, cherry tomatoes as sweet as honey, but another 10 seconds in the oven wouldn't have done it any harm. However, I will return because I like the environment and I will try other pizzas... sorry, the lemon delight was not up to the standard of the real delight... The taste of lemon was missing…. But courtesy and impeccable cleanliness, a truly welcoming environment

01/01/2025: Best boba in Bologna! Every time I order from ING my day improves, the bubble teas have an enveloping and delicious flavour, and the tapioca pearls are addictive! They also have beautiful colors♡

09/03/2025: The place is nice and quite large. Outside there are numerous parking spaces. The staff is kind and helpful. It's a place with music and video DJs, so after dinner you can dance among the tables. The quality of the food is sufficient but no more. Average prices for Bologna.

22/02/2025: Come è nostro costume, ogni tanto, torniamo in qualche ristorante che siamo andati in passato, per vedere se la qualità del locale è rimasto la stessa o se è cambiata. Nel caso della Salsamenteria di Bologna, in pieno centro storico, a poche centinaia di metri dalle due famosissime Due Torri (ora delimitate da una barriera di metallo, per il restauro in corso della Garisenda) e da Piazza Maggiore, tutto è rimasto come era stato tempo fa. Il piatto forte del ristorante, sono tutti i primi, dai tradizionali tortellini in brodo, a quelli asciutti in crema di parmigiano, alle tagliatelle al ragù, alla gramigna alla salsiccia, alle lasagne e alle varie declinazioni dei tortelloni. Tutti rigorosamente fatti a mano nel laboratorio del locale. Meno acuti sui secondi, i soliti della cucina felsinea, come la cotoloetta alla bolognese, che variano nella qualità, a seconda delle volte. Il menù offre anche tigelle e crescentine fritte con affettati e formaggi misti. Da preferire le crescentine, che vengono cucinate sempre al momento. Per quanto riguarda i dolci, si va dal classico mascarpone, a qualche raviola e semifreddo. Quest'ultimo, spesso esaurito. L'arredamento del locale è molto sobrio con le ormai omni presenti, in molti ristoranti del centro storico bolognese, tovagliette e tovaglioli di carta. "Mise en place" che rompe, purtroppo, con la tradizione bolognese della tavaglia e del tovagliolo in tessuto, dando così un tocco, negativo, di apparecchiatura turistica che non è, per fortuna, del ristorante e del suo menù. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e attento. Il rapporto qualitè/prezzo è più che sufficiente.

14/02/2025: Prenoto con thefork una cena per più persone. L'opzione massima mi dà 6 persone, chiamo per chiedere se ci fanno lo sconto ugualmente anche se siamo più di 6. Mi richiamano dopo qualche giorno per dormi che va bene. Mi richiamano in giornata per avere il numero preciso. Alla sera ci avviamo per la cena,piccolo problema,il locale è in piene ZTL e rischiamo una multa. Chiamo cortesemente per avvisare del problema, stiamo cercando una entrata senza prendere la multa. La signorina ci dice che dovremmo fare un km a piedi , peccato che piove a dirotto e non abbiamo l'ombrello, alternativa fare un permesso anche online,ma andava fatto il giorno prima. Fatto notare che sarebbe stato meglio avvisare della situazione, risposta loro sono un ristorante e non una agenzia di viaggi. Tanto in difficoltà c'eravamo noi. No problem, disdetto e siamo andati a mangiare in un altro posto ,pizzeria da Manu,ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte e mangiato benissimo

14/12/2024: Un sabato sera finito veramente male, malissimo. Iniziamo da un'attesa immotivata. Hanno servito prima persone arrivate dopo di noi. La pizza era terribile, ingredienti scadenti. Speriamo di digerirla.

20/02/2025: Here we eat! Prepare yourself beforehand because the dishes are excellent and plentiful. I recommend the one kilo steak, clearly for two!

18/02/2025: Big Restaurant to taste "Bolognese" cousine a couple of kilometers from the "San Lazzaro" highway exit. You can sit here and enjoy local cousine without spending a fortune. We stopped here for a old Friends reunion. Try to be here during the weekdays and avoid weekends because is often overcrowded. Golde rule for this kind of resturant is better book in advance. We have ours meals in the main saloon, a large room for wedding parties or other big cerimonies (to tell the truth, a bit noisy). Downside: Service is a bit pushy: as soon as you end your serve, they ask you repeatedly to have something more. A nice way to ask you tor leave your table. That was no good because it was a long time since we did not meet each other. So we left and went to a pub.
