We had a wonderful experience at L’Azdôra Pasta Fresca Pedagna in Imola. The fresh pasta was absolutely delicious and tasted truly homemade. I had the quadretti ripieni al ragù (stuffed square pasta with meat filling and ragù), and it was fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the meat filling was rich and flavorful, and the ragù was authentic and comforting. Finished with Parmigiano Reggiano, it was simple yet incredibly satisfying — exactly what you hope to eat in Bologna. You can really taste the tradition and quality of fresh handmade pasta. A must-visit if you want to experience true Bolognese cuisine. We will definitely come back next time we are in Imola! 😊🍝

A pleasure for the palate!!! We had lunch at this place, which was delicious in every way. The fresh pasta was simply excellent...excellent ingredients and great service. Excellent value for money 10/10 Definitely top notch 👍

We ordered the strozzapreti with ragù for our two-year-old, and he loved it! The tortelli with ragù and the ones with butter and sage are delicious. We'll definitely order the tortellini for Christmas. Kudos to Alina and her team for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism.

L'Isola del Sasso

16/05/2026: We stayed here after completing the first stage of the Via Degli Dei trail. The owner and staff were very friendly, and we were able to leave our vehicle with them during our multi-day hike. The next morning, the owner even gave us a free ride to the trailhead. The room was spacious and very clean, and the dinner was delicious. Thank you for this wonderful, welcoming experience.

Trattoria L'Angiolino

17/02/2026: After being there years ago, I didn't have the chance to go back for about ten years. It was a good experience then, and even better after returning. It's not exactly a trattoria, more of a restaurant. Prices are average, but you still leave full. The cuisine features both traditional and more sophisticated elements, but everything is excellent, starting with the welcome offering of mortadella and capon meatballs. Fassona beef tartare, Jewish-style artichokes, crepes, and Brunello di Montalcino risotto—all spectacular, beautifully presented. The portions aren't truck-sized, but they're just right, and the desserts are excellent too. The menu changes about monthly, but it's always consistently top-notch. It's also nice to chat with the chef. They have a decent wine cellar, but I have to say the house red, Sangiovese, was still very good (I don't know if that was luck). The bill: for two, two first courses, two appetizers, two desserts, water, wine, total €90—well-deserved, and perhaps not even that much considering the quality.
14/02/2026: A truly sensory experience where the pleasure of taste exceeded every expectation. The dishes were beautiful to look at, the service excellent, and 5 stars for the chef, who is truly one of a kind.
