Excellent, traditional food. A place that takes you back in time. Highly recommended!

Excellent welcome, impeccable service, excellent food, both first and second courses of high quality, wide choice of wines. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We exited the highway for lunch, and it was a great way to start our vacation. AMBIENCE A nice place, perhaps a little small, but I didn't see the lower room. All around were tons of wine bottles and vintage advertising signs. The place has obviously been around for decades, and they've managed to maintain its historic value. Really cool, beautiful. STAFF The guys who served us were knowledgeable and kind. More than willing to explain things, always ready when you call them. They're not professional waiters, in the sense that they don't have the movements and bearing of someone who's studied the details, but it was truly excellent. PRODUCT A cold cuts and cheese appetizer, with a truly memorable bologna. But also the prosciutto, salami, pancetta... wow. We then had four first courses, all delicious. Two of us chose the fettuccine with mushrooms, which was the special of the day. Creamy, with a strong and intense porcini mushroom flavor. Perhaps I would have cooked the pasta a little longer. The other two had tagliatelle with ragù and a pasta dish with a more "Southern" sauce, made with tomatoes, olives, and salted ricotta. Everything was fantastic. Desserts: I really enjoyed the zuppa inglese, a typical local dish. Soft and fresh. The chocolate salami was so-so; the biscuits inside were no longer crunchy, making it a little less flavorful. But the bitterness of the cocoa was noticeable, excellent. WINE They had a Spanish sparkling wine, a cava. It was billed as something special, but it turned out to be completely ordinary. It wasn't bad, but well, it wasn't the super thing they advertised. Even the Arneis my wife had was just okay. PRICE: 1 appetizer (shared between 4) 4 first courses 3 desserts 2 glasses of wine still water, I think 4 bottles €140 total (approximately). I'd say it's a bit higher than average, and it's definitely not a place you can go carefree on any given day. But it's acceptable if it's a special occasion.

A wonderful find in Zola Predosa. The restaurant is a classic trattoria with exquisite decor, filled with antique inscriptions and original signs from the 1930s and 1940s, creating a truly unique and charming atmosphere. The climate deserves a special mention: it's wonderfully cool inside, making it a great summer oasis. The food is good, and the service is quite prompt. They don't have a set lunch menu, but the prices are average: for a main course, a side dish, water, and coffee, I paid €28. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place with character.

A simply fantastic experience! It's rare to find an osteria that so successfully combines tradition, quality, and a youthful, engaging atmosphere. You can immediately sense the passion and enthusiasm of the young people who run it: the service is impeccable, always smiling, attentive, and professional, making you feel right at home. A special round of applause goes to the chef, who is truly extraordinary: you can see he puts soul, talent, and dedication into every course. Each dish tells a story and is an experience that captivates both the eyes and the palate. My sincere compliments for the technique, passion, and love he conveys through his cuisine.

I discovered it by chance, but I think I'll gladly return. And to understand, you have to try it. Congratulations 👏💪

Small menu, good food, nice atmosphere, good wines

We arrived at this restaurant off the highway, and I highly recommend it as a stopover. The atmosphere is pleasant and unique, the service is prompt, knowledgeable, and always accompanied by a smile. The food is excellent, with a wide selection at absolutely reasonable prices. It's worth stopping in, but reservations are recommended as seating is limited.
