Accademia Der Cacio e Pepe ..and located in viale della Pace 7 ..in Zola Predosa.My search for different tastes in the Emilian land brought me to this magnificent restaurant...where you can find true Roman cuisine, with homemade pasta presented in a room with sober furnishings located in a country farmhouse with a veranda and a large garden, where there are also outdoor tables and here there is also a children's menu. Among the dishes to choose from here you will find... crostini, amatriciana, tonnarelli, lamb, porchetta, artichokes alla giudia, chicory, coda alla vaccinara, and romanesco, and tripe. All accompanied...from the Roman tongs to the shovel...with good wines and excellent desserts at the end...the atmosphere is the jovial one of Roman trattorias and the right place for a different and cheerful weekend...come and try me.

We went one evening for a birthday, fixed menu lunch for the whole table. Very good food: very good first courses, exceptional artichoke appetizers, very hard and cold saltimbocca. Too bad there were menus with the price on the table...a unique rudeness. The waiter who showed us the menu... zero courtesy. While the guys who served were exceptional.

As a lover of Rome and the Romans I absolutely had to go there! It is preferable to book because this place is always popular, especially at weekends. The parking is very large and convenient. Inside, the atmosphere of Rome's trattorias/osterie is reproduced somewhat. I think it's quite nice in the summer with the outdoor tables. We took artichokes, tonnarelli cheese and pepper, lamb, sweet side dish "la maialata" and wine. I didn't miss anything I would say... Yet the gentleman who takes the first orders (perhaps the owner) necessarily wanted me to get some croutons, because otherwise the wait for the pasta (homemade) would have been more than half an hour. now and...and if I had wanted not to order them and choose to wait then it was my fault he had warned me...all of it insistently. But the croutons just didn't work for me, I had already ordered the full dinner...Nothing he was almost offended and insisted. But then even without crostini the tonnarelli arrived within 5 minutes.... First course and lamb not bad, the side potatoes good, the pork perhaps I had created too many expectations seeing photos and reviews. Not cheap but average.

We expected too much due to the reviews and this left us disappointed. I would like to start with the positive aspects, the place is welcoming and the service is friendly. The saltimbocca with baked potatoes is good, which in general is the dish I appreciated most. I can't say the same thing for the gricia which I didn't like at all, especially the cooking of the pasta which was a bit rubbery. As for the starters, we tried the crostino with porchetta and it wasn't bad at all, on the contrary the focaccia with mortadella, presented to us as pinsa, didn't seem artisanal, on the contrary, it reminded me a lot of the focaccelle from Mulino Bianco. Another thing that you need to know and that no one says when booking is that to eat the artichokes you have to book them in advance, and in fact, not knowing this, we were unable to taste them. In general it was a dinner that didn't fully convince me, especially the final bill, which in my opinion was excessive for the quality offered.

You eat and drink really well, it deserves to go and return

Normal. He doesn't know about me or you. The food is good, nothing to say, not excellent but okay, for my taste. The staff didn't strike me as particularly welcoming and neither did the place. In my opinion, the price/quality is high, the starters in particular... a (numerous) crouton €7.50 is too much in my opinion. I'm sorry that the owner takes negative reviews personally, you can't please everyone and rudeness always puts us in the wrong.

All very good. It's a shame that the artichokes were finished (we didn't know we had to reserve) but that will be the reason why we will absolutely have to return. Excellent Vaccinara queue 😋

He pressures you to sell you appetizers and the dishes he wants to sell What do you want to teach me how to eat? luckily the rest of the Sala staff were very kind. Soggy and greasy Judean artichoke. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe good but I've eaten better ones. High and unjustified price.

Antipasti piccoli ma buoni. Feedback più alto per i secondi che per i primi (parere mio). Ottimi i carciofi!!! Buoni i vini. Consiglio sempre la prenotazione. Ci tornerò senz’altro

Tutto molto buono, dagli antipasti (crostini e carciofi alla romana) ai dolci (maialata, fetta di panettone e mascarpone e semifreddo all’amaretto), passando da primi superlativi (amatriciana, cacio e pepe, gricia) e secondi molto ben preparati (scottadito tenero e ben cucinato, tagliata tenerissima ed ottima, abbacchio). Ottimo il vino consigliatoci da chi ci serve, che si dimostra preparato, educato e attento. Pranzo di famiglia di santo Stefano. Spesa assolutamente adeguata per qualità dei prodotti e vista la festività. Consigliato. Bravi!!
