Very nice place, everyone was kind, for the food, the gricia was creamy and tasty, the carbonara I didn't understand if there was egg, it was white, I didn't feel the flavor, I don't know 🤔.. the puntarelle were hard but maybe they are not in season but all in all I liked it..

A good trattoria restaurant in Lazio. I had some really good bruschetta, a gricia, and a roast beef. Excellent service, the staff were kind and fast. The owner even came. I recommend booking.

A restaurant serving Roman specialties, with welcoming and attentive staff (even catering to our dog's needs). I really enjoyed the first courses, both for their taste and value. The menu is varied, with some seasonal ingredients. To conclude the meal, we had dessert ("la maialata"), which was a fitting end to our meal.

Everything was excellent, the waitresses were super friendly and helpful. But I give a huge compliment to the chef Fabio. Everything he makes is truly extraordinary. Everything is truly, truly, delicious.

29/03/2026: The birthday cake was exquisite and beautiful: everyone complimented us on it and on the cookies and pastries!
15/03/2026: Whenever I want to have a perfect lunch or dinner, I come to Tedeschi in Prague, Valsamoggia, Crespellano. It's a place where you can enjoy truly authentic dishes, both traditional Bolognese and typical Roman dishes. The chef is very talented! The location envelops you, making you feel right at home. The service is impeccable, as are the chef's wife and daughter, who are brilliant at making this moment of relaxation unique, surrounded by aromas from porcini mushrooms to crispy guanciale, whether it's a carbonara or an amatriciana. Not to mention the desserts, which are also homemade. Well done, keep up the good work! I recommend it to everyone! I forgot one very important thing: it's spotless!

Trattoria Enoteca Magna e Bevi

05/05/2026: I've known this place for a long time, as it used to be a Roman restaurant. Under the new management, we've never been able to stop by for the flea market because it's always packed, so we decided to go on another Sunday. The place is always welcoming, with a lovely outdoor gazebo overlooking the square, well-decorated and well-maintained. It's also quiet until a group of young people arrived, who were too rowdy to let us enjoy the end of the meal. The service is good, attentive, and helpful (the only flaw is the lack of bottled water, only purified water, which I personally don't like). The only downside is the food, which I can describe in one word as "dish." The mushroom crostini was lacking in body; neither salt nor garlic were noticeable (the staff justified their choice by saying that many customers don't like the excessive presence of this ingredient). The tagliatella with ragù, while decent and cooked to perfection, suffered from excessive tomato for a Bolognese ragù. The tagliatella with porcini mushrooms and wild boar sausage was also cooked to perfection, but I expect this sauce to have strong flavors, which I absolutely didn't find in this dish. Let me start by saying that this is purely a personal opinion: I like strong flavors and well-defined flavors, which, unfortunately, I didn't find here.
